AT&T Store

Had a problem updating payment information on my business AT&T account. came to the store and Abby was able to help me update my information very fast and no headaches. Definitely recommend this place. They also have a lot of apple products as well as accessories. The place is very clean. Staff is extremely nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to come to this location. I will save it for the future if needed.

Went in to swap out an old S9 Android phone for a S24 and was helped by Christa. Absolutely fantastic and exceptional service. Came back after getting the phone and she walked me through moving the info from the old to new and explained a pro- forma bill I received. It's rare that I write a glowing recommendation in today's world. Thumbs up!

Meeting wanted to sales reps there. His name was Kenny. He was very helpful very knowledgeable very kind had a lot of patience.

Outstanding service and insight. Could have sold me a product I really did not need (mobile hotspot). Instead, reviewed my plan and actually saved me money, upped my data plan AND provided me with a new phone. Stellar example of customer service!

Rolando worked with us and my family on switching phones. His time and patience with family members to educate us on the usage of the phone needs to be commended and recognized. He went above and beyond to help my family members in setting up the phones and answering questions. I wish there were more than five stars to compliment him on his service. We can’t thank you enough for your time and consideration. The family members were very concerned that they wouldn’t know how to use it and he helped them and answered all of their questions. I have no problems with this store that I was in. The rep was very nice. He helped me a lot. Yes he and he ended up having me buy a new phone. But that's okay cuz mine was cracked and broken anyway and I got a different plan that I wanted. Yes it cost me a little more but what I've got and how he treated me was very excellent. I have no problems. I will go back to him and plus I will recommend that store to anybody. Thank you very much

Kenny was extremely professional and very helpful! He answered all my questions and was very thorough. I would highly recommend Kenny to anyone and I’m happy he got me with a new provider AT&T and left Verizon after 19 years. He easily transferred all my contacts and apps. Excellent service and very helpful. I was very pleased with my entire experience at AT&T. Highly recommend!! The rep that helped, I’m sure his name is Ken was knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t have to wait for service, the shop is clean. The location is convenient and the service is outstanding.

The sales rep was very accommodating. His name was Kenny. He was very patient with us, knowing that we just arrived here in the US. I comment him for his warm personality and helpful character. He is doing an awesome job with his costumers.
He showed excellent approach and great service to us. I would highly recommend AT&T to those who want to have the best phone service.

Rolando was fantastic with a difficult and frustrating situation. But he worked with us the entire time and went above and beyond to make sure we left with our issue resolved.

Chris the salesman was great. He was able to activate my phone and transfer my number over after my phone had shattered. He stayed past closing to make sure the phone was operational. I will definitely shop at this location again.

Finally a great deal for existing customers. I went into the store to add something to my existing plan. The gentleman that helped me, Don hooked me up with a phenomenal new plan that is going to save me $56 a month. And it’s a much better plan than the one I had. Great customer service.Check your plans make sure they are current.

I visited the store today to upgrade our phones. We upgraded 3 phones. Vijay was our sales consultant. He immediately greeted us as we entered the store. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. Vijay told us about the latest promotions. We spend a few hours in the store. We are happy with the purchases of our new phones.

I was pressed for time and Joe helped me out. He was very professional, polite, and helpful. He also took the time to assist my mom with her questions.

Kenny was absolutely amazing! He took the time to walk us through everything and helped us get a better plan that saved us a lot more money in the end.
