I ordered Wallpaper that I could not find including the Company Maker in July 2028. I ordered over the phone with conformation by email. This was a rush job. They were very pleasant & helpful over the phone located the Wallpaper I needed and came within the time constraints. There prices were much lower than any other source by far. I highly recommend them & will use them again. I have only ordered Wallpaper so I can"t commit on any other product or services.

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews about this company. I was hesitant to order from them after reading them. However, I decided to judge for myself and did order from them. My opinion......they are great. Placed my order and received it within about four days. Also, compared to prices from other sources, Going Decor had the best price. I would like to also mention that customer service was great and very helpful. Would I order from this company again ? ABSOLUTELY !!

Honestly when I decided to buy a new wallpaper for my apt. I was scared because the bads reviews about this business. I did order at monday, it was smooth, quickly and the price was great!, they shipped it on tuesday and I received on friday!! Just 5 days!! I'm very happy. Thank you guys!!

Careful! Received the same wallpaper from 2 different runs that were completely different in color. Not even close...Customer service was unapologetic and unaccommodating, basically told me to start over with the new product from the new run and cited a very broad disclaimer on their website. If the product will be so drastically different, they should tell you which run you are getting. Buyer beware when buying wallpaper from them!

Going Group doesn't return damaged chandelier
Do not buy anything from this company! I have been struggling for weeks to return a damaged chandelier. They are refusing to accept the return, after requiring photos (two rounds of them) to show the chandelier hanging crooked and bent from the ceiling. Since they order from another manufacturer (they told me) they will not accept a return. They told me that I'd screwed the threads in wrong -- even though the chandelier came already assembled where the threads were bad. I've seen other reviews about this -- so buyer beware!

Very unsupportive customer service! I purchased Zen lights online for a new build. After several months passed it was time to install. At the time of installation the electricians notified me that the set up of the boxes would not work with the light box and studs where they were. I asked to return despite the lights never being used and one still unopened and the company had no desire to even hear out my situation and stuck by the firm return timing window. It's really unfortunate as I absolutely loved the lights, wished they would have work, but would have had zero knowledge ahead of time that the unique box on these lights would not work with boxes mounted to studs. Now I'm out a significant amount because of a technical issue that a common non electrician would have never known to look for or ask ahead of time. I simply do not understand why they will not accept a return for items that can be easily resold. Sure I could list on Ebay but I would lose money and that just doesn't seem right to me. I just wish customer service were more service oriented and less of a by the book numbers game with profits before happy customers.

Print on wallpaper was smeared halfway through the roll for a good 16 feet. Did not complain. Ordered a second round to do another area I did not plan for on the first order. Changed my mind after ordering and sent the entire order back in the same package it was shipped to me in, unopened. I paid return shipping and will be deducted an additional 15% restocking fee. They received the return on August 4, 2020. Today is August 16, 2020 and still have not received any money back. Bottom line I paid $112.00 + $14.00 return shipping = $126.00. My refund will be $95.20.....total loss, $30.80. The price for the product looks great in the beginning but after all is said and done, you will lose on time and money.

I'm embarrassed that I didn't look up reviews before I purchased from Going. Received a product that was unknown to be damaged until fully installed. Cost prohibitive to uninstall and send back. Going Decor was totally unwilling to work with me to find an adequate solution. I feel bad for the CS people. Zero power to take care of customers. Wanted to give the local guys a chance, but it's better to shop at the big boxes, unfortunately. Buy from them at your own risk.

I ordered a ceiling fan from this company and had such a terrible experience, I don’t know that I will ever trust an online company for purchase of a large item/fixture again due to the awful customer service and waste of $150+ and two months waiting for a complete product. When I received the fan, two of the three glass globes were shattered due to poor wrapping (thin bubble wrap that was completely flattened). I emailed, they were out of stock, so they sent two more globes out several weeks later. Those come, and one of those is shattered. Again, awful wrapping job. I again emailed, asked for two replacement globes in case the one they planned to send shattered (because, look at the track record). They informed me that would be an extra cost. Seriously? So finally, two months after my original order, I get all the parts. We put it together and the blades are so cheap and flimsy looking. We didn’t like it nor trust it to last any length of time. I sent an email requesting instructions for return due to our unhappiness following install and was told they would not take it back because it was installed. After going back and forth, they still refused to make this terrible experience right. I should have done my research and found their low rating prior to buying, but I would NOT recommend this company to anyone else and I will certainly not order from them again.

If I could give -200 stars I would. The customer service at this company was the worst I have ever experienced. They shipped a fan 2 months after they originally said it was in stock and then refused to return after we no longer needed. It wasn't even that they didn't return it. The woman on the customer service line was extremely rude and refused to transfer us to a manager. Do yourself a favor and SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

Save your time and nervous. Made and order for 4 double rolls, got only 2 of them. When i called them and tried explain that they sent me a wrong amount, nobody listen me. They repeated me over and over that i will get refund only for what they i will send back them. Quality is terrible, looks like a paper towel. I sent the wallpaper back and provided them a tracking number. After when they are received the parcel back, i didn't get a refund. I called them every day. Finally i opened a claim at my bank account. Headache company, also you will ship back and pay from your pocket. Also they take 15% restocking fee. Sorry, for what???? Never again...........

I am building a house and ordered two outdoor garage lights that Going Lighting showed were in stock. Two weeks into waiting for the arrival of my products, they sent me an email stating my order has been cancelled because they can no longer get this lamp! They haven't refunded my credit card yet either. This is absolutely piss poor business. Buyer Beware - stay away from this lousy company.

This is the same address for Going Lighting. After ordering light fixtures from them, I was told they could be returned if they did not work. The return shipping was $440.00 plus 15% restocking fee. You will see fake reviews when you look at their reviews, because they are hidden under Going Decor. Do not shop with these people! Very dishonest!

I made a purchase of over 100 dollars for wallpaper that is “peelable”, all mentioned on the wallpaper wrapper, 5 double rolls. Not being a wallpaper professional hanger, peelable to me meant peel and stick. But not at all, it means peelable when up, so I am told by them. Never open 5 rolls have to go back and they will not pay the shipping. Now if you read their return policy , it states that if something is misleading they will pay the shipping. Customer service said that nothing is misleading with peelable and that is not on their site. However, it is on their wallpaper wrapper. So when it comes to money they split hairs. I will not do business with them anymore. The best bet is Amazon Prime with free returns.

Terrible customer service, slow and not helpful. Only portion of order recieved, now the rest is backordered for 7 weeks! Project is on hold. Colors may vary from one order to next. Available from other sellers but i can't order because they have my money! Beware of bad reputation!

After several weeks of waiting and no communication from company we emailed them to see where our item was, they said it was back ordered and they didn’t know when it would ship out, when it did ship they only sent one part of two hence delaying us by a further 2 weeks as they used standard courier to ship the missing item. Seems this company doesn’t really stock aything. Our item took almost 2 months to come in. Never again.

Ordered 7 samples of wallpaper totalling 41.93 dollars...that was on Oct 5th....their email confirmation specifically told me they were going to confirm shipping date as soon as they were ready to ship my order...when I hadnt heard a single word from anyone by Oct 12th....to try to get a feel for status of my order.....I called the company's customer service number....kept on hold for more than 15 minutes....then...when very young girl finally answered....she told me that I hadnt received any notice about shipment of my order simply because they ALWAYS ship USPS...and no notification ever happens with them.....when I asked her to give me the tracking number to try to locate my order ....she tried to tell me that USPS NEVER provides their 3rd party sellers with tracking numbers...and she had no way of tracking where in the process my order was...REALLY????????

There was absoutely no effort of any kind to help me find out where my order was.....she was as totally uninformed as a sack of rocks....

Funny how that goes.....I got package from them ....on Sat. Oct 13th....(Not a USPS vehicle of any kind, in any way)....in that package were only 2 of the 7 samples that I ordered...no explanation of any kind regarding rest of my order....never got any email in advance from them confirming or alerting me that my 2 sample package was coming as they clearly stated was their standard company policy...and one of the samples that was in the package....wasnt even on the order...

As of now....I havent heard a single word from them regarding the other 5 samples.... (at a healthy $5.99 per sample)....if they all arrive the same way this 1st package arrived....2 samples per weekly....it will be well into November before I can even hope to have a complete order...and then....even if on outside chance that they should all happen to come more expeditiously than that.....not in a billion years would I EVER do business with this company again....ever......

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you have to return something for any reason they make you pay for return shipping and charge you a 15% restocking fee even if you never opened the box. I will never consider them for any future purchases.

Very disappointed! Misleading, not at all helpful with return of wallpaper, charged a restocking fee for unopened wallpaper - opened rolls could not be installed by skilled paper hanger & they blamed the hangers - the problem was the wallpaper. Wallpaper description not indicative of the problems an installer would face. Customer service rude. BUYER BEWARE!!
