Firstly, I’d like to say thank you so much for giving me such a beautiful smile! I contemplated getting braces for years, and I am beyond pleased with Bright Star’s customer service, their support and their genuine kindness. I’ve always felt comfortable when coming in for an appointment, and they have been very accommodating. I’ve never been uncomfortable or uneasy about the services that were provided. Everyone at the front desk is very welcoming and respectful as well as everyone who works there. Don’t second guess coming here, you’ll feel like family. I also noticed how detailed they are with cleaning after every patient. Great sanitation, great customer service, great pricing, and a perfect smile when you’re done! Dr.Walker is amazing.

I was going to delete this review, but instead decided to update it to show you how great and caring Dr. Walker is. My bad experience happened prior to Dr. Walker taking over this business. Even though he was not responsible for the mistakes of the prior doctor, he still took it upon himself to reach out to me to help achieve a better smile, one that I would be happy with. He got me in for an appointment almost immediately and has been super awesome to go through this process with. After only a month, I’m already seeing so much progress and there are issues being addressed with my teeth that I was told couldn’t be fixed before. I’m so excited for the day I get my braces off and finally have the smile that I’ve always wanted. Thank you Dr. Walker!!

I first want to say that the staff in this office were always so nice and welcoming, I never had any kind of negative experience with them. I got braces in April of 2022. I was so excited to finally have a smile that I wouldn’t hide in photos. When I got my braces off in September 2023, I was so disappointed that I actually cried when I got home. My teeth were not straight and the metal retainer that I was given didn’t fit on the bottom right side of my teeth. When I asked about the retainer before I left, I was told it was fine. I went back a month later to get a scan done for the clear retainer and Dr. Patel suggested that I hadn’t been wearing my retainer, which I had. When I told him that I do wear it all the time, he said “well it’s better business for us if you don’t, anyway” suggesting that I would actually come back to get braces on again. My clear retainer also did not fit all the way on correctly. I’m currently seeking a new doctor to actually give me the results that I was looking for in the first place.

After bringing my son for close to a year for his braces I have found Dr Walker his staff to be consistent with the following:

SANITARY.
I'm really big on this. No matter how many times necessary, they always put on a fresh pair of gloves. They even change gloves when going from one patient to another patient.

INFORMATIVE:
From day one they provide necessary guidance. Whatever we need to know in between visits. They explain it ahead of time so we're not in the dark trying to figure out what to do on our own. They're very good in keeping us abreast of his progress. Always open to answer any inquiries we have.

Customer Service:
Dr Walker & his staff make a great team. Unified. Professional. And always pleasant at the same time.

So far, so very satisfied!

I have two children that have been to this office. My little one needed early intervention and my teenager needed help with her teeth. Both of them were able to work with Dr. Walker. He is kind and patient and answers every question that I have. I would definitely recommend him for your little one’s needs and any cosmetic work.

Dr. Walker and his staff are amazing...very professional and personable. Always kind. I had to have a front tooth pulled and rather than get an implant, Dr. Walker used Invisalign to close the gap. After just one year, my teeth are perfect and I couldn't be happier.

Bright Star Orthodontics was amazing! My son was very insecure about his teeth and it really started becoming his focus. THE BEST orthodontistEVER ... let me tell u I was referrred to this place about 2 months ago .. and I fell in love .. the doctor dr . Walker is amazing he has the cutest smile , the best attitude and has the best results and most importantly very great at what he does .. he tells me everything I need to no and much more .. I came in here lost and hopeless for my son teeth .. the staff is amazing and very patient !!! I wish I could give this a 20/10 i don't even understand how it has anything below a 5 !!! I high highly recommend !!! Dr . Walker thank you so much for helping get through this with my son and his teeth ..even if I'm running a few seconds late they still take me back so fast ! In and out with GREAT RESULTS !! And once again !!! I never been to a ortho office with such nice staff ! Very respectful and helpful you guys really rock !!!! Guys do not think the reviews are fake!! Dr.Walker is genuinely nice and is not just a provider trying to get money from you. He told me straight up Invisalign isn't for you lol. I respected his honesty based off his discovery and findings. Adult braces are hefty $5500 but, I am confident in Dr.Walker to help me get to the smile I want.

I had braces in 2021 and was very displeased with the results. It bothered me everyday not having the smile I wanted after all the money I put out.

Luckily, I met Dr.Walker and he was able to come up with a reasonable treatment plan for me to fix my teeth. The offer was so great, I went in for a consultation and was treated the same day.

My dentist recommended Dr. Walker to me for ortho services and to learn more about Invisalign. I called last week and was scheduled for my first consult right away. Today, Sue (did my X-rays) and Dr. Walker were sweet and answered all my questions!!

I wanted to experience the whole process before writing a review so here I AM. When I first was thinking of taking my son I read some good and bad reviews about this orthodontist office but I feel like sometimes you have to try things for yourself. So my son finally got his braces off and I can honestly say our experience here has been nothing but great. The front desk was very friendly every single time I came in. The technicians in the back were knowledgeable and friendly from what I observed not only with mine but other children and parents a like. Dr. Patel was knowledgeable always explained everything so that you could understand and seemed to really love his job and care about his patients. Honestly if you are looking for a good orthodontics experience please check them out. Special thanks to everyone at the office for making our experience a good one!!!
