You couldn’t find a better group of people at New Concepts! Their skill and knowledge about hair is top notch! Ashley does my keratin treatment and I love it always! There is lots of laughing and love in their work. Cuts color and style are the best! Would not hesitate to recommend New Concepts because they know their business. Very professional and courteous. I went to New concept's hair salon today. Ashley did my hair. She gave me a highlight and low light which came out perfect. She also cut and styled my hair. I have never had such a good hair cut in about 2 years. I would recommend Ashley to anyone.

After box dying my hair and being super unhappy with it, I came to New Concepts to see if I could get it fixed and they were amazing. Christine did an amazing job with not only my highlights but also the haircut. My hair felt super soft and healthy, and everyone there was so friendly!

I have been going to New Concepts for several years now. From the moment I walk in the door, the atmosphere is always comfortable and relaxing. The salon is beautiful and clean, the staff are kind and friendly, and they always go out of their way to make sure I am well taken care of. Everyone is friendly and accommodating! I love all the stylists but John has been cutting and coloring my hair for 10 years and he is wonderful!!! Christine is fabulous, I have been known her for 20 years through New Concepts and her first Salon. Ashley is so sweet and works so well with her customers also! And a shout out to Tracy who books appointments and is a Jack of all trades!!! Love them all!

A friend referred me bc I was having a color emergency! I called and Ashley immediately squeezed me in for a consult! Ashley knew just what to do to resolve my brassy highlights which were done elsewhere. She even did my hair right then and there in between her other clients which was a life saver as I have a party tonight. Ashly gave me the best shampoo I ever had and did a much needed deep conditioning treatment on my hair. The entire staff was so nice! The salon had great vibes and I will be back!

My son was a little skeptical about going to a new place since having moved but once we walked in and he met John things changed. John spoke to him along the way and made him feel great about his decision. Went from long hair to a super cute short cut. And the best part is that he loves his new cut!!!

Both my husband I have been going to New Concepts since we moved to Lanoka Harbor in 2013. I have very fine hair that is not easy to work with and John does my cut and color and he does an amazing job!
