Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy

I received highly professional care at Ivy. The environment was warm and friendly.
They always would take the time to thoroughly answer any questions I had concerning my therapy. I have been a patient at various times for 12 years and would not consider any other practice. Special thanks to Eleni, Nancy, and Kristin for getting me through my shoulder replacement therapy.

For several months I dealt with knee pain hoping it would just work itself out. Finally I made an appointment with an osteopath and he diagnosed a torn meniscus. I choose Ivy Rehab for therapy and could not have asked for a more caring, attentive, professional staff. Leni, Kristen and Nancy work so well together and there’s always fun and good humor that help through the struggles of therapy. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

The Ivy Forked River location is a top-notch physical therapy facility! It is clean and has excellent equipment and the entire team is very knowledgeable and friendly. Most of my sessions were with Eleni and she provided excellent service and motivation to me. Eleni is also a very caring and fun person to work with and went above and beyond expectations in helping me! She was with me every step of way during the 2+ months of visits, helping me feel so much better and stronger. She is an amazing therapist and caring person! Thank you Eleni and the entire Ivy Forked River team for a job well done!

This place is amazing! The therapists/staff are all friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I actually feel really good when I leave. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having a difficult time "moving" from surgeries, accidents, etc.. They will help you reach your personal goals with a smile and a friendly helping hand.

Kristin with an I is very nice and extremely helpful. The entire staff makes you feel like part of the family. Nico and Eleni started me on a program, and I feel a million times better. After shoulder surgery in early July 2017, I needed physical therapy to regain range of motion and strength in my shoulder. Ivy Rehab in Forked River is just minutes from my home so I called for an appointment and was impressed by the ease of scheduling and the friendliness of the person I spoke with. At age 67, I was a bit apprehensive about physical therapy in general, and not knowing the facility or staff, or what I would be doing. I needn't have been concerned. The reception staff is very professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in the door. "Jim" has been my primary therapist three times a week since I started rehab in August, but Jamie, Ashley, and Amanda worked with me the very few times Jim was not available. All of them were excellent; professional but, friendly and caring too. The assistants that worked with me most have been Melissa, Kyle, and Mike and they too were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere there is very upbeat, very positive ......and that helps a great deal when you are trying to get back in shape mentally and physically. Cooperation and a "team" attitude is terrific between the staff and they all keep an eye on you as they go about their duties to see that you are safe and that you are doing your exercises and therapy in proper form. Jim has been a great therapist and has brought me back to full range of motion with my shoulder, and strength equal to or better than before surgery. I trusted him, the other therapists, assistants, and office staff and they did not let me down. I would not hesitate to recommend Ivy Rehab in Forked River for anyone in need of physical therapy or any of the other services that they provide.

I am currently in rehab for a torn rotator cuff after extensive surgery. My experience with Ivy Rehab since the very beginning has been extremely positive. The process of setting up an appointment and getting established was very easy and everyone has been extremely friendly from the outset. I would like to specifically identify my physical therapist Jason Quirk and Kristin Neil who assists in all of my sessions. Both Jason and Kristin have been amazing in my road to recovery and we are even working on an old injury/surgery on my back as well. I have been to several rehab facilities and this place is top notch. I am grateful for all of Jason and Kristin's help and look forward to continuing my recovery.

As a new client at Ivy for knee replacement therapy, I am so happy that I have chosen Ivy. This is not my first go round receiving physical therapy but it is my first time at Ivy. I must say I will never go anywhere else.

My therapist Jim is very professional, knowledgeable and has gotten me to a place I never thought I’d be. He has given me hope....
He gives his all (100 percent) to each and every client and takes the time to explain everything as you go through your regimen to ensure you understand the benefits to following the program.

Jim along with his assistant Elena work great as a team. And I am so lucky to have them get me to where I want and need to be. At this facility there is no (I) in team. They are a team that works together and ensures all clients are taken care of

I was referred to Ivy Rehab by one of my doctors (Dr. Karen Fink). I had never been involved with rehab so I was nervous to say the least. I had seen PT services in another location and was skeptical of their success rate. I must say that my experience so far with Ivy rehab has been nothing but positive and effective. Each therapists knows my name and what my needs are. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I am going three times a week for a foot/ankle issue and although my therapy routine is intense, it is effective. The staff at the front desk are friendly and accommodate my schedule when ever possible. Raj and Jim have shared their knowledge in terms of why I have this particular pain and address exercises I can do at home as well. Chris and Melissa are encouraging and keep me focused on the task at hand. I am very happy with Ivy Rehab and will continue to participate in the routine they have put together for me.

The entire team at Forked River Ivy Rehab are stellar. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I worked with Jim and Eleni with an assist from Kristen and have definitely made great progress. Jim and Eleni have developed a plan for me to use as a daily routine and also gave me great stretching exercises for my running warmup! I would recommend Ivy Rehab Forked River to anyone needing a physical therapy team!

The Lacey office has a very caring group of physical therapist who help you get back to being you...office staff very friendly and accommodating. They treat you like family. Totally recommend Ivy Rehab Forked River.....

My physical therapist Jim was a pleasure to work with and I really appreciated his insight, his suggestions, and how he took the time to educate me on my condition. So far my experience has been great. The personnel in the PT area are caring and very helpful. James Quirk took a large chunk of time to evaluate my problem and has given recommendations to help myself along with his knowledgeable application of his PT regimen. The staff makes sure u understand the exercise ur instructed to do so u do it properly.

I would recommend this PT facility without hesitation. I have used other Ivy Rehab offices and never been disappointed in their knowledge and support.

Ivy Rehab is the best physical therapy rehab facility I have ever been to. Unfortunately for me, I’ve had a lot of PT in my lifetime. First, Ivy Rehab is very clean. They clean the tables, machines, pillowcases after each use. This may sound strange that I would say this, but I have been to quite a few facilities that were not kept as clean as Ivy. The therapists are great. Very knowledgeable. I feel very confident with the treatment I receive. The techs are fabulous. Right on top of everything. I highly recommend Ivy Rehab. You won’t be sorry.

Very caring to get you back up and living the life style you deserve..Excellent Theripist !! Eleni is a well educated top notch theripist, knows the patients needs and is with you all the way til she "walks"( in my case, knee replacement) you out the door..All other Therapist are also top notched and their assistants...

I am currently undergoing physical therapy at Ivy Rehab in Forked River. This facility has a very friendly team of people who really are there to help your condition. In particular, therapist Jim is excellent as he applies his knowledge and hands-on skill to relieve soreness and pain. Sessions include many exercises and movements with equipment on site and are well coordinated in each visit. I have had amazing results. Rating it A-1.

The whole family at Ivy is amazing, friendly, supportive and have your best interests and overall health in mind. Sometimes life's most unfortunate events allows the good fortune of meeting great people. That's certainly my experience here.
