I was hesitant to rent from Priceless given the low reviews, but they proved me wrong at every turn. I expressed my concerns to a wonderful employee, Rosalie, who assured me of their thorough and frequent cleaning and safety checks. They are aware and embarrassed of their poor online reputation, and are taking clear steps to change things. Our car was new and clean. Such great service, quick and easy pickup, and the lowest prices i found in my searches for a rental on a holiday weekend. I highly recommend!

I rented from Priceless last week and I have to say that they went above and beyond. Expedia said the office was open until 6:30pm but it was 6pm. I got there after 6pm but Trish and Francine went out of there way to make sure I got the car that evening. The car was nice and clean and Fran followed up with me the next day to make sure all was good. I saw a lot of bad reviews but I had nothing but a positive experience and will use them again!!!

I dealt with priceless 3 times last month I never had any problem with them ,as matter of fact I found their employees very helpful and very caring when I had issues , Rosaly and Nicole were very nice and did their best to help .
Considering the fair price that priceless offers and their good customer service I recommend it to every one.

On the contrary from other reviews that I've read I tend to disagree I found customer service to be very polite very helpful and courteous I would definitely recommend to friends and family priceless car rental

This was a cheap rental. But the car worked great! Had some unexpected charges at the time of picked up, but the reservation staff was super great at providing an itemized receipt and email explanation of the additional charges and deposits. Two weeks later when I called about final charges, Jen and Rosalie where super great helping sort everything out and ensuring all deposits were returned. I think this car rental company has more requirements from the renter than others, but if you take the extra time and send the requested paperwork you'll find a very helpful customer service team and an over cheap car rental.

I'm giving one extra star just because of Trish, she's very kind and helpful. Except for that, it's a total Trainwreck, charges are higher than normal, whole process is so stupid and lengthy. The gas station people are rude as if they hate people breathing in their stupid shop. No information on where to park when thr gas station is closed. I can go on and on but simply don't waste your time on them, there are plenty of options to choose from.

Consider other options first. Car we received was a Kia Forte which had a headlight which was disconnected, a shimmed trunk latch which allowed it to open at random intervals, would not retain tire pressure, and we received it on less than a quarter tank of gas. Was charged for an EZ Pass which did not work. 4th gear would slip causing the car to lurch forward. All of this on a car with only 68,000 miles on it. 2 stars because customer service was very friendly.

The car was banged up, dents, scratches and body damaged in multiple places. The car was not clean either. These are the basic minimums I would expect when renting a car. Additionally, the person on the helpline said I could return the car at anytime, but the place was closed so I had to make another trip in the morning.

Absolutely don’t come here. The rental agency is run out of a gas station and you’ll be stuck on the phone for 20 mins while a remote representative walks you through trying to process your credit card. This company also makes you upload photos of your drivers license and credit card to a Dropbox link which is insecure. Absolutely ridiculous

I would rather to give 0 stars to them, scammers! Brocken, dirty cars! Terrible customer service if you can name that service, hour staying on hold to talk to the representative!

They don’t have an office, the guy on the gas station will give you the keys!

The only reason that they are getting any star is because of the ladies I spoke to in customer service. I forgot their names, Jen and someone else. I did read reviews before, however decided to see for myself...Let's begin:

I booked through Priceline, paid ahead of time for pick up on 12/24 12pm-12/26. First off the location to pick up the car is at Exxon gas station, which threw me off. This is something that the customer should be informed of, as there are no signs up or nothing. I arrived at 11:44AM, when I got there, the guy behind the register wrote a number on a piece of paper and informed me to call it to find out what car I assigned and let him know because all they do is give out keys. I called the number like 5 times before someone answered and told me that they are short-staffed for the holiday and that they will call me back in a FEW MINUTES as they are currently helping someone. After AN HOUR AND 10MINS of waiting I called back and wondered why no one has called me yet. The lady start helping me and they proceed to ask me for a picture of my DL and copy of car insurance card, she tells there was a 3.96 fee in addition what I already paid for online. She was also asking me to repeat my address and other information that was sensitive while I was in a public place. All this information was provided to Priceline so why was it not carried over to you and your system. The car I received AT 1:10PM was dirty, dents on the outside and rusted, there was also the tire pressure light that was blinking. There is also no option to opt of for the fees for tolls even if you have your own ezpass like I did. You have to wait for 2 weeks until they see that you did not incur a toll charge and they give you the money back. The deposit is 150 which is not bad compared to other rental places. At the end of the day, the car did what it needed to do. The lady who assisted me finally did give me a little discount for my trouble after having to ask for it for waiting for so long. However I do not recommend this place to no one unless it is an absolute emergency and you need a car. I was highly unsatisfied with the experience and will never use them again unless I ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO CHOICE!

Some more things: While I was waiting, one guy was given a car that had the change oil light on and they had to attend to it before he drove off, another guy was given a car that had the tire pressure light on too and the car had an expired registration paper and he requested to get a new car and had to wait again.

Advice to Priceless: You need to inform the customer in that email you send out that they have to expect the location to be at a gas station, inform and provide them the number to call you to get the vehicle information to provide to the clerk so they give you the keys, inform ahead of time of the additional fees so people are not thrown off. You may way to think of providing a chairs or booth for people to sit and wait for service at the gas station too. Find a way to have the information people put into Priceline when booking, integrate into your system, you are wasting customer time asking for us to send you copies of info over the phone, in public place OR put instructions in the email that you will need a copy of these things and customers can send it to you a head of time.

I booked through priceline and they did not disclose that you need $500,000 liability insurance. What a rip off!! Priceless is king of hidden fees. Don't waste your time or money on this place.These people should not even be in business.

I rented a car on Expedia, but the car was from Priceless, arriving at the location to pick up the car, there was no Priceless location, it was a gas station without service, they gave me a business card to call a number, they asked for a copy of the passport, international driver's license and credit card, but my driver's license is from Brazil and can be used in the United States, I told the attendant and they refused to take the car to the place, I asked for the money back and they claimed that Expedia had to return it, while Expedia said it was priceless. This is scam, I had to rent a car at the last minute elsewhere and the car was twice as expensive, Priceless and Expedia didn't refund my money either. At the gas station there was another person having trouble getting the car, she claimed it was a scam, as she was an American resident and they were also asking for an international driver's license. Also my driver's license is valid in the United States and I have already rented a car with several companies in the United States. I paid for a service and they refused to provide the car.

I looked online for a rental car for New York so I see priceless and I continue to reading the information on this place. Mind you that every single one of their cars say pay now and just pick up the car or don’t pay now and pay when you arrive. Any way I get to New York and I take the shuttle to the car rental that’s says Avis to pick up the car for them to tell me I have to pay 250 more after I had already paid for the vehicle it did not say anything about paying anymore money it said pick up your car when you arrive. And I want my dam money back because I never got the car and no one else is about to be driving the car upon my expense just horrible

Priceline is a scam!!!! your car insurance must cover 500,000 in bodily to have your insurance cover it on top of that the little mouse pulled out horns charging us 3$ Additional coverage to the 30$Of insurance daily that the person before us was charged. So we did not rent so
The company is off the airport and priceline left us stranded. We were going to pay around 400$ total
WE WENT NEXT DOOR TO AMERICAN LUXURY AND THEY CHRG US $350for everything 5days they accepted our insurance!!!
