Got a reservation here on New Years Day with some people and glad we did; it was packed.

We all got different things and everyone enjoyed their meal. Crab cake Benedict, shore omelette, gyro omelette, the vegan wrap, etc. Everything was tasty.

Would definitely recommend stopping in.

We had a wonderful lunch at Yianni's. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The service was impeccable! Greeted at the door, quickly seated, excellent wait staff, promptly served... just a wonderful meal! The salad was fresh, falafel tasted good, fries cooked perfectly, tasty smoothies... I will definitely be returning.

This place is it. My family is egyptian and we love the fact that they serve kababs and gyros and dolmas and they are GREAT!!!! The pita bread and hummus as a starter is perfect. It gets busy for lunch/dinner so plan accordingly!

I am from New York City and I crossed paths with this location on my way back from Atlantic City and I would definitely spend the day out here again with the anticipation of eating at this restaurant. The complementary hummus is definitely a plus.

Wow, what a great place. The food was amazing and the staff were great. Everyone was always checking on you if you need anything. We will return.

A mld-week lunch in the off season. It was excellent. I had the beef gyro with small Greek salad. The feta cheese in the salad was sooooo delicious and there was plenty of it. The portion of meat on the gyro was incredible and tasty. It was a very filling meal. My husband had the spinach salad with a chicken kabob. Delicious, too. Parking in the rear.

Friends recommended, and it was delicious. My parents went back a few days later, and ordered me a chicken souvlaki, to bring home. Little did we know it wasn’t offered until 4 pm, but they made it anyway. Class acts, only the best for these nice folks! Much appreciated! Much aloha!🤙🏼

Delicious food, great staff and very quick. You have the option to dine inside or outside. If you are out shopping or just need somewhere to get a bite this is definitely worth it.

I had the California Burger and it was amazing. It was very large but very tasty. The fries were okay, but definitely did not match the quality of the burger. Beyond that, the menu had just about every type of food around, from smoothies, to sandwiches, to gyros. The staff was also very friendly. Overall, great restaurant.

Edit: came back a year later and got the three cheese quesadilla and I enjoyed it. I do think that they put way too much onion on it, so maybe ask for light onion if you order it.

Ordered breakfast for take out. It was very good. Lots of fresh strawberries and bananas on the Nutella French toast. Lots of crispy bacon in the side orders.

Authentic Greek food. Really tasty baklava, beautifully presented. The falafel was also a step up from the average. We were also impressed that Moussaka-dish has potato base/layers. They definitely deserve the accolades and awards displayed at the entrance. Oh, and the owner is on the floor to personally receive patrons…another touch of class to set Yianni’s apart from the competitors

Absolutely LOVE Yianni's Cafe! After you are seated your server will bring you complimentary hummus and pita and take your drink order. I always like to dress it with the olive oil, salt, and pepper, that is available at the table. The food is always fresh and colorful. If your entree comes with a salad, get the Greek! The mousakka and chicken soulvlaki are wonderful and the portions are generous and enough for two meals. Although Yianni's sounds like it would be strictly Greek, it isn't. They make the most mouth watering homemade veggie burgers, quesadillas, and smoothies. too. There really is something for everyone there.

Food is absolutely delicious! Large portion sizes. There are several gluten free options and workers are very friendly and accommodating.

Ok, first extremely small place. Worth the wait though! Our party of 6 ordered a variety of dishes from 2 mozzarella stick appetizers to a salad to sandwiches to a dinner. Everybody enjoyed the large portions. The prices are reasonable comparing to others in Ocean City. Very clean in appearance, tastful decor, and I loved the dishes! I do hope the waitress has to share her tip with the man at the door(Jerry). We saw more of him refilling our waters and checking on us than her. Weren't as quick to refill the soda and lemonade though. Overall, we want to go back for breakfast. There is something for everyone on Yianni's menu.
UPDATE: Very next morning we returned for Breakfast. We all ordered something different. Filling portions except one teen ate the Cinnayum in no time and was looking for more. In his defense, his platter did look a little sparse. Once again, we had a great meal and our waitress was very attentive. Have been visiting OC since I was little. I now have 5 children of my own(the youngest 12) and only found Yianni's on this visit. Looking forward to our next visit!

Delicious! Everything is fresh and yummy! Love the Greek salad and sandwiches. The hummus is really good also! I heard their breakfast is good. I tried the veggie burger platter and it was very good. They offer a military/veteran discount which is awesome.

Everything was just so tasteful! From the complementary pita and hummus to our dinner. We had the grilled chicken BLT with gluten free bread, Slammin' beef Greek gyro and the best lamb chops ever!! So very good. Highly recommend.

Delicious steak 🥩 and good salmon. The pasta is tasty. And those mashed potatoes hit different y'all .Great service. Wide variety of options on the menu. Yum yum.

We had a great authentic Greek dinner. So friendly, really good portions and prices. Fresh hummus and toasted pita slices while you wait. Had a great conversation with the host. Owner comes from Greece and some employees fluent in Greek. Many choices on menu. Definitely recommend if your in OC. Has inside and outside seating. Saw a pup there also outside didn't ask but possibly dog friendly outside.

Yianni's Cafe on Asbury Ave is an unexpected fusion of an authentic Greek Diner and an upscale Smoothie Bistro. On the inside it has the appearance of a one quarter scale dining car complete with archways and a lunch counter. While the decor is modern, Yianni's has made the effort to keep some of the atmosphere of classic old diners including many clean, hard surfaces.

At 6:30 AM we were among the first customers of the day. The coffee is typical diner coffee in that it is strong, fresh, high quality and served in a bottomless cut. Our waiter brought the pot to the table for a refill with every visit. There is no fancy coffee at Yianni’s.
The menu was surprisingly upscale, (see the picture). I had the waffles with homemade banana sauce and of course a side of bacon. The waffle was thick, light and delicious! The bacon was also thick cut and the portion was generous!

Yianni’s Café is a real restaurant meaning that this beach bum felt the expectation to wear shoes even at 6:30 AM. Also, Yianni’s is well air conditioned. My daughter and most normal people would call the temperature perfect. If you are a barefoot beach bum like me then you should dress accordingly.

Breakfast for two cost us $25. It was well worth the cost.

If you are looking for a great eats, this is the place. Great atmosphere is found here, as well. The food is great and plentiful.
