i came in through the emergency room and only waited about thirty minutes before being called back. everyone i interacted with there was extremely kind and patient, especially when it took me some time to finish my ct prep.
i ended up being admitted and staying for four nights. its the first time ive ever been in a hospital overnight like that and i wasn’t sure what to expect but the nurses were always so sweet and attentive. i can’t swallow pills and they were very accommodating with all of my medications. my nurses kathryn, dane, and marlina were especially kind. the food was actually really good too which was a nice surprise! hopefully i won’t have to go back any time soon, but my experience was a lot less scary than i expected. they even let my mom stay with me every night.

I was having a dental emergency (pain and swelling) and my dentist had told me to go to the ER because they couldn't help me at the dentist office.
So I came here and I was brought right to the back. The lady at the front desk was so kind and then the two nurses in triage took my bp and got me right back.
Dr. T listened to my concerns and had me feeling comfortable quickly.
My nurse Scott was probably the nicest nurse I have ever met. He took great care of me.
I was in and out in a couple of hours and feeling better.
I was upset and in pain when I got there and was treated wonderfully.

I have to add that I have been to this hospital before and it really could be hit or miss depending on the doctors and nurses. But I was satisfied with my visit tonight

Despite the not so good reputation of this hospital my dad was taken here 4days ago and they saved his life..Doctors, RNs, techs, housekeeping, and even the front desk was so helpful from the time he was admitted to ER and then getting his room..They ran so many tests his body was shutting down to overuse of alcohol at his age..I am so grateful they kept him until all his levels were normal and he’s being sent home with a plan of action and help to get well!! Thank you to everyone who helped give my dad a second chance!!!

On Sept 29, I had scheduled inpatient surgery at the Same day surgery center and spent the night. The hospital staff and surgery team were exemplary. The hospital room was clean and comfortable. Discharge was very easy the next day. Thank you for provide an easy stay for a difficult and stressful situation .

Want to take a minute to recognize the Med Surge 3rd floor team for the excellent care I received on my recent stay ! They are an excellent team and should be complimented for their ability to cure people Job Well Done Team !!!!

visited the ER here and was seen and treated lightning quick and with the utmost professionalism and care from beginning to end. I understand that things don’t always go this smoothly for everyone, but I had a great experience here. everyone from checkin to triage to ER medical staff to imaging were kind, thorough, and helpful. ten stars.

Was in the ER this morning for abdominal pain and I was in and out in less than 3 hours and that was from start, to bloodwork, to CT scan, to leaving! Everyone there was so nice, caring, and professional! From Julia when I first came in handing my vitals, to the registration girl and my nurse in my room who kept checking up on me (I'm sorry I forgot your names!), to Will who was so sweet, and to Dr. Brian Morgan who listened to my issues and came back and told me what my blood work and scans showed, and told me how to proceed with my health to feel better! You were all wonderful and I thank you all for making me feel at ease! :)

I just was released after a week stay at this hospital.

The entire staff of the TCU and the ER were wonderful.

Every one of the Nurses, Patient Care Technicians, and Doctors that I met here provided top notch care, personal attention, positive attitude, and great company, all while the hospital was extremely busy. Basically making a miserable situation much less miserable.

My particular issues were handled professionally and with compassion. Of course there were some times I needed to wait for service but they were swamped and I know they got back to me as soon as they could.

They are a great team, and thier future patients will be lucky to have them taking care of them.

After reading others' reviews I was a bit apprehensive about taking my 14 month old who was sick with COVID here but it was the closest option and boy am I glad I did! The staff was absolutely fantastic, as soon as the nice receptionist signed us in my daughter was being triage and then we were told to wait till a room was ready which was less than 5 minutes. Then once back there the doctor was in before we sat down. He was pleasant and very thorough and gave me the steps were going to do. After that we had several nice nurses come and treat her and they made sure I was comfortable as well. We were in and out in a little over 2.5 hours, most of that was waiting for her fever to break. Thank you so much the amazing staff that was working this early morning. :)

Went in for a endoscopy. All nurses were amazingly sweet to me and made sure I was not only comfortable physically but also mentally.
Also went in recently for a same day surgery in which my surgeon AND all of my nurses were very caring and sweet and walked me through exactly what to expect. If I need anything else in the future i will definitely choose going to SOCH over anywhere else.

I spent four days on the heart unit. I had atrial fibrillation and they were problems with it. I got to observe the nurses and techs and the jobs they did, and I was amazed. Not only did they work hard, but they really cared for their patients. I was in room 232A. April 8-11. I am so proud and grateful to these professionals. Don Essig

My wife went there for an MRI…everyone was extremely nice and caring. Very happy with the service she received. Extremely efficient

Every single person in the CCU went above and beyond for my father (as well as our family) during his stay there. Their love, care, sympathy and compassion throughout this tragic time was the only thing that helped get us through, and we are forever grateful. We appreciated all they did so much, that we asked for donations to the wing in leu of flowers for his service. Once again… we can’t thank you enough.

Unfortunately my family has had a few ER experiences the past year. Every experience has been satisfactory. There are always helpful people around to answer any questions you might have. Usually the wait is not very long, we are in and out in 2 or 3 hours which is very reasonable for the ER!

My wife Olympia’s heart stopped twice. I brought her to the ER. Doctor Valko and the ER crew saved her life. The performance that I witnessed from Dr Valko and his staff. Was the most professional work I have ever seen. DR Valko was competent. Precise and he acted with compassion. Care. His humor. Mannerism was the best I ever witnessed. I thank him and all of them. From the bottom of my heart. Great job.

I had no probems there very fast and nice staff.then again I went in 8 am.

The entire staff here, including the doctors, are incredibly personable and caring. They have a great system for same day surgery where multiple staff from different dept./positions will ask you the necessary questions at one time whenever they can so you don't have to keep repeating the same info over and over again. The patiently explain to you what to expect, who your surgeon will be as well as their assistants, and are happy to answer all your questions. They make you feel like you're in very competent, caring hands through the entire process and recovery. They are doing an outstanding job especially through this trying pandemic.

I would like to thank the entire Covid staff that looked after my father, Vincent. Their care and compassion helped to comfort him and our family in his final days. My one concern was the very warm temperature in the patients' rooms. They did move him to another room when available, which helped a bit. You are helping to save lives and offer comfort when that is all that can be done. I am forever grateful.

The two times I have been there great experiences from beginning to end. I was there this time I have the flu I was out of there in two hours. The doctor and nurse were so nice. I definitely would recommend.

Great office staff, I saw Dr. Capiro beyond excellent, caring and knowledgeable in his field. I am so relieved and grateful he was able to remove my IUD successfully. He took his time, and helped me choosing the right best method of birth control. Very happy with my office visit.
