Empire Tattoo

Michael Heston is AMAZING. Not only the quality and the art but he just makes the whole process so calm and welcoming. He’s very good at reading your body language and understanding if you need to be quiet or be chatty or both, if you need a break, and just generally checking in. He’s also very patient if you’re super picky about fine details, exact placement, and even helps you make decisions based on what will work best over time or where it’s located. So many other places make the experience so weird, but not here!

Candence did my very first tattoo today and she was fantastic :)
I live two hours away and came here on the recommendation of a friend who has gorgeous tattoos. Candence was totally worth the drive and I absolutely love how it looks!!

Matt Doherty did my Majin Vegeta tattoo the other day. It's my second tattoo by Matt. If you're looking for an artist that is going to exceed your expectations every time, you want Matt. Personally I have mild ocd and was worried if I got a tattoo that wasn't great, I'd be wanting to tear it off. With Matt's work, you'll never have to worry. Matt will take the time to do it right and do it well. Also he's a super cool guy. Very friendly and professional. 7 hours flew by. Already working on my next piece that I'll happily schedule an appointment and wait my turn.
Thanks again Matt. In my opinion you're top of the class.

Candence is an amazing artist! I felt like she really cared about making sure everything was the way I wanted and executed my birth flower wrap tattoo beyond my expectations. I will be recommending her to everyone.

Today I was completely blown away. After looking for a shop that would do walk-ins my husband and myself found ourselves at Empire. The ladies at the front got us in and found us an amazing artist quickly.
My husband and I had ideas on what we wanted but Michael Heston completely blow our minds with his twist on the artwork. Both of us left extremely happy and pleased with our experience. We will definitely be back to see Michael real soon!

I got my tattoo done by Candence and it was such an amazing experience! She made sure I was comfortable and kept me updated. The tattoo also came out way better than I could’ve hoped! Definitely recommend :)

Candence was AMAZING. From start to finish (including discussing the design beforehand), she was prompt, comprehensive, attentive, and clearly took pride in her work. She did an INCREDIBLE piece on my thigh that took three sittings (and usually, tattoos of horses come out kinda janky, hers were fab). I was super comfortable with her in every aspect. Highly, highly recommend.

I just got my second nostril piercing from here and I cannot begin to explain how in love I am with it. Super amazing and easy process. My practitioner was Lex. Amazing job and I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I had a great time at Empire tattoo. My artist Candence was patient and had a light hand when completing my tattoos. She made me feel very comfortable and my tattoos were exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed talking with her and getting to know more about tattoos from the perspective of a tattoo artist. She had amazing artwork as well. I would recommend empire to my friends and others. !

Candence did my girlfriend’s tattoo that I got her as a birthday present today, and she did an amazing job!! She did a great job making the sketches similar to the reference photos but also putting her own, unique spin on the designs. So pleased with how they turned out & can’t wait to see the all of the finished pieces together!

I have been to Gigi M. for 4 tattoos so far. I love her fine line work and attention to detail! I even entrusted her for both my daughters first tattoos on their 18th birthday. They have also been back to her a few times. She’s amazing and I can’t wait for the next one!

Candence was incredible!! For my first tattoo, I booked an all day session and got two out of the four I wanted for my patchwork sleeve!! The drawings were exactly what I wanted from them and she was so nice and informative!

i found gigi on instagram and knew i needed to be tattooed by her! she is absolutely amazing, her work is stunning, and she knows exactly what i want every time! i have been to her twice now and am looking forward to continuing my patchwork sleeve with her! i would put more than five stars if i could, ur the best gigi!!!!! :) <3

Absolutely love the atmosphere and the artists. Ray and Gi are awesome artists and people! The work that these two put out is just too good. I only get my tattoos done by these two talented people, and I cannot wait to get more by them. 11/10 recommending everyone to come get tattooed by any artist at Empire AND get pierced :) Such a cool and relaxed environment.
