Such a wonderful experience @ Cassese realtors, Joe handled every transaction from beginning to end very knowledgeable very on point never had to question anything he was talking about, or steering me in the wrong or right direction. It was always the right direction. Basically all I had to do was sign the papers. Joe handled the whole deal from beginning to end. It was an stress-free experience would recommend this real estate company to everyone looking for a home or to sell . and let’s not forget Tina for her amazing talent when staging my home to sell was on and off the market in no time with the experience and knowledge and talent of this couple in this real estate company. I would 100% recommend to use this company over and over especially in this crazy real estate world we’re in. 💯

Joe & Tina are local, knowledgeable people that go the extra mile for ALL of their clients whether or not you make a purchase or sell a property. The people that are leaving negative reviews clearly do not understand how real estate works. At the end of the day sellers can choose any buyer they want & do not have to give someone a 2nd chance at making an offer. I've bought & sold multiple properties with Joe & Tina & they are 100% top notch!

Untrustworthy. Shops numbers when under contract.

Update: since you continue to update your response I’ll do the same. I happen to know someone at the buyers agency who confirmed you held up attorneys review and disclosed my under contract price to other buyers hoping they would beat it. That's in violation of NJDOBI laws. Your office then disclosed to me their offer and asked if I would like to beat it. Hoping to get a bidding war. Once again a violation. Since you looked up the transaction you should have my number if you want to discuss further.

untrustworthy 100%. verbally agrees to your offer and then someone comes out of nowhere and takes it. no questions asked.....no opportunity for counter offer. such a pity Beware of this guy..
