Wanted to try a new Chinese place, I'm glad I did!! Pepper steak tasty delicious and prepared well and the chicken w/ garlic sauce is fresh, tasty an also prepared well. I didn't want onions or mushrooms and they listened.

I just recently started eating Chinese food again after a bad experience at a local restaurant. I am so impressed with this restaurant! Food is always fresh and delicious and the lady that takes your order is super kind ! Love coming here for dinner !

I can only speak on the food quality since it was delivered via ubereats. I had the general tso chicken with lo mein, it was sooo good! Idk how they’re getting bad ratings for the food.. good Chinese food is hard to come by nowadays, and this was some AMAZING Chinese food. The pricing matched the portions and quality. What else could I say about it? I just don’t understand why the ratings aren’t closer to 5 stars.

Delicious! I stopped eating Chinese food for a while with all these rumors, finally gave in and got general tso and egg foo young and both was delicious! I cant wait to try the rest of the menu. I did door dash, food still arrived hot, Plentiful and Yummy!

Good food, egg rolls and spring rolls were hot, crisp and yummy. We were happy with our entrees (sesame chicken and brocolli in garlic sauce). Friendly, quick service. Reasonable prices. We will be back!

Nothing but smiles, politeness, respectful, food is great. I have been in area now off and on for 5yrs always struggled for a good place compared to my hometown place in millville. Amazing delicious food. Great menu price and options.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this restaurant. I'm writing this after like my 6th time coming to this restaurant for my lunch break and I really like it. The food is a good quality and tastes great, and the staff has always been very nice.

Now that I come home to Jersey once to twice a year, China Max is my first stop!

The General Tso w/ pork fried rice and wontons are AMAZING. My favorite cheat meal.

We have been disappointed so many times over the years that we assumed we no longer enjoyed Chinese food. All that changed this evening. We had the fried dumplings, boneless BBQ pork, spring rolls, egg rolls and one of the most chefs specials, pineapple chicken. Everything was outstanding, 5 stars with the exception of the spring rolls which were undercooked and unpleasant. They accommodated our request for deep fried rather than pan fried dumplings. Jenny, the order taker, was very pleasant. We will definitely return to enjoy more of their cuisine. Thank you China Max

Huge portions and always fresh... Highly recommend

I got the pepper chicken with onion, chicken broccoli, fried chicken and crab Rangoon. The food was amazing … definitely the best Chinese food I’ve had since living around here for the past 2 years and I’ve tried a lot looking for one that’s good and I’ve finally!!!

My favorite Chinese restaurant! The food is great and owners are awesome people! She always remembers us when we order and always goes out of her way to please when we want to modify our orders, she is very sweet and always super friendly!
I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she knows I love her homemade sweet n sour sauce and always makes sure I get one with the Chinese noodles, if I could give them 10 stars I would!

This is the best Chinese restaurant in the area! We eat here once a week and have never been let down. The food is fresh and has great flavor. You will not be disappointed.

Second time I purchased a delivery from China Max and the food arrived on time and hot. Everything I ordered was great and I am a customer for life.

This is the only Chinese place I go to anymore in the area. The food is always fresh and the price is really good too.

Love this place. It's so convenient when you don't have time to cook. The staff is great and their cooking speed is amazing. As soon as I get there the food is done! Like magic!🍚🍲
