Beachlove Cape May

Michelle is a gem and her store is lovely. We have been coming here forever. I recently made an online purchase and there was a little mix up. I brought the merchandise with me when I was in town and the problem was solved with a smile and no time at all. Truly a pleasure doing business here. I still use the same beach bag I purchased here over 10 years ago. Unique merchandise as well as quality and service with a smile!!

Really nice variety of clothing, jewelry, scarves and other accessories. Cathy was the salesperson who helped us, and she was so friendly, fun and knowledgeable.

Great spot for quality things. Michele and Tom have a good thing going here and take care of their customers. Especially love the Cape May Girl items!!

Wonderful beach shop stocked with plenty of souvenir type merchandise.

Michelle was kind enough to help us out with a misplaced item at the store. Can't thank her enough. Will be back to shop at Beach Love!!!

One of your friends, who was not eating ice cream, repeatedly pressed his face against the glass window. I asked him to stop and he did not and that is when I asked him to leave; that was not racist behavior on my part. However, you calling anyone "old lady" is ageist and rude.

Wrong!. Let me dissect this piece by piece, old lady :). First things first, calling someone an “old lady” is not “ageist”. Using your own logic against you, calling someone a “young man” is also ageist! No human can outrun father time, it’s okay to embrace old age ! Secondly , we were not warned even ONCE that our buddy was “repeatedly pressing his face against the window”! No one came out the store to address the dastardly crime he commited , which was being 1.5-2 feet away from the window! We didn’t know being that distance was illegal in Cape May, haha.

And was it by coincidence that the only group of Asian people were the ones being reprimanded by some grumpy hag? I’m sure it wasn’t overt racism !

Nice little store by the way, my friends and I overheard customers mocking your employees as they exited! But hey, my best wishes for you and your business :) I’m sure you guys will have a long and prosperous stay!

Some people can’t stand being wrong and accept defeat, even as well-aged adults ! I suppose zebras can’t change their stripes.

We've purchased many pieces of clothing and numerous gifts at Beachlove. We're locals, so we stop by often. Popped in today to check out any new merchandise. BF was trying on shoes when lovely store employee suggested he sit on the bench to try on. It was a gorgeous bench with local Cape May highlighted stitching. I loved it and knew exactly where it would fit in my home!! However, shortly after the same woman came over and said the owner told her to not let him sit on it. Owner could have come over himself, as he walked right past us, but he didn't. Lost a good sale there, buddy because you are rude. Loved the bench was ready to purchase bench and shoes, but cannot reward bad behavior...ever.

Avoid at all times, this one old lady is racist, my friend and I wanted to go in and check the store out, but they had a sign with no eating or smoking but we were holding ice cream cones therefore we stand outside trying to finish our ice cream before we go inside, we stood out front just looking through the window with at least 4 feet of a distance and this old white lady ran out screaming in our face saying “get your face out of my window unless you wanna buy a towel and wipe down my window” there were this other group of people standing in the same spot 5 minutes ago but she wanted to come out and yell at us and rolled her eyes at us, why? Just because we are Asian??
