Had just what I needed!

Staff always friendly! I wish they had more of an assortment of colors in the boys polo shirts

The manager was truly a soar. She treated one of the cashiers extremely poor. Tossing gift cards her way. Rolling her eyes when she needed her to override something. Insulting her passive aggressively. Truly unprofessional and gross behavior. I felt very uncomfortable but mostly I felt terrible for the cashier having to work with this type of “leadership”.

The manager, Alexa, wouldn’t give store credit. I bought a size too small and wanted to exchange for a larger size. She said can’t exchange after 30 days. I read the store policy and it says you have up to 45 days but she refuses to help me. Very poor customer service. I can see why this store is going out of business. So unprofessional. Instead of finding a solution for me she was lazy and didn’t care to help me at all.never come back.

Return policy not clearly stated at register during time of purchase or during time of attempted return. Purchased a birthday gift for my daughter at the end of August. Wrapped it up and have ot to her yesterday for a birthday gift. My daughter had a growth spurt during that time frame and now my return will not be honored because the receipt expired 10/14. I do understand not being able to offer full credit, but since I was not able to exchange the items as they are no longer in stock a store credit would have been a good option to offer. Instead the company would rather lose a customer. The sales associate was quick to point out that my receipt was expired and that I could only do an exchange for size, but in the same breath made me aware they did not have those items in stock any longer. Appalled at the service I recieved today
