After seeing other reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. I’ve visited this place multiple times since June and never knew the previous owner. In my opinion, I believe half of the negative reviews might be fake. Some seem to miss the old owner dearly, specifically for the way he prepared food over the past 30 years. Anything different isn’t satisfactory for them.

During my recent visit last week, I ordered several dishes: the shrimp wontons were outstanding, a definite 10/10. The sweet and sour pork and the fish with mixed vegetables both rated a solid 9/10. The fried calamari and shrimp toast were good too, scoring 8/10 each. My family and I visited around 3 pm, and the food arrived promptly.

I noticed some complaints about excessive oil on the food, but I didn’t experience that issue as you can see in my photos.
Everything was delicious. We definitely plan to visit again.

Decided to try out the lunch menu since the majority of the chicken items are under $10 and we live 5 minutes away. The chicken was very good. Only white meat was used. The pork fried rice was pretty good with the onion and egg. The wonton soup was good as well. The only complaint would be the hot and sour soup which was very gelatin like and not too sweet or sour. Overall I will definitely be back.

This place is all that! I’m very picky when it comes to food, who made it, etc. lol
But when I want authentic Chinese food I go here. Never disappointed and ALWAYS fresh! Plus the pack so much rice into the containers it’s hard to stay closed. I will travel from the west coast for their food any day.

I’ve been going to the restaurant for years as I live close by. It was always decent. I loved the old owner. But the food is way better now. White meat General Tso instead of whatever it was before. It was good before, just a lot better now. Everything I’ve ordered so far has been terrific! Please give it a try. I want it to stay open!

Went to King's Palace for the first time the other night based on a recommendation. The restaurant was charming, the service was great, and the food was delicious. The complimentary pot of tea and crispy noodles gave us a great start to our meal. Sandy as super nice and attentive, and the food was so good. Will definitely recommend to others and will definitely return!

This is the first time I tried this restaurant for take out. The order was for 3 people with several appetizers in addition to full meals. Everyone was extremely happy with the quantity, quality, and tastiness of the food. Special instructions were heeded. A small complaint - the shrimp with string beans could have had more shrimp and fewer beans. Otherwise, the dish was spiced perfectly with garlic and hot peppers. I'd recommend General Tso's chicken and shrimp.

Love the low-key, relaxed atmosphere of this small Chinese restaurant. We've never had a bad meal here, everything is freshly made and well-prepared. Don't see it on the menu? Have diet/food restrictions? No problem. There may be an up charge (well worth it), but King's Palace will ensure you get the meal you want.

Staff is so friendly and the food is always amazing. (Disclaimer: I speak only from experience dining-in). The meal also does not take too long to come to the table. Highly recommend as a patron of 10 years.

I am Chinese from Singapore, which is a foodist’s Heaven and I also love to cook so I must admit that not many restaurants wow me. Especially when it comes to Chinese food. I’m sorry but Chinese food in America is for the most part — yuck —let’s just say that it’s not what the cooks and workers in those restaurants eat. Trust me—they cook something altogether different for themselves.

There is one Chinese restaurant I have to let you all know about — King’s Palace in Cherry Hill, NJ. The food here is truly amazing. We have been going there since my first son was born–some 20 years ago. This place surprised me— the food was truly authentic Hong Kong style food. It was not your typical Chinese joint where they throw in a ton of sugar (which Americans love) and msg. No! The food here is exquisite. There is not a single dish that we have tried that we did not love. I have brought many friends there and everyone said the same thing about this place. I could go on raving about each dish but I’ll give you the pleasure of discovering that yourselves.

And Ricky, the owner, is one cool guy. That’s another reason we keep going back. He treats his customers like family. Like I said in my review of Pho Eden, we now live an hour and a half away, but we don’t mind the drive at all to get a good lunch or dinner.

The food is incredible and the owner is so friendly and down to earth. My favorite on the menu is the Kung Pao Chicken. Not too spicy, just right.

The food is always fresh and delicious. The egg roll/shrimp roll wrappers are thin and crispy. We have never been disappointed. Enjoy!

Hands down, the best Chinese food in a 20 mile radius. I tend to stick to the basics like Chicken & Broccoli with fried rice, but their Pepper Steak, Pupu Platter, and Shrimp are some other tremendous entrees to consider.

Excellent food and service. Immediately served hot tea and water and fried chow mein noodles upon being seated. Felt welcome here. Will come again.

This restaurant is comparable if not better than most Chinese restaurants in Philadelphia’s Chinatown. Consistently outstanding and I have been a patron of theirs for more than 20 years.

Really liked this place. The food was tasty. Sizzling plates. Chinese pizza and General Tso Shrimp was my pick and lucky for it.
