Thank you echelon Ford! Jen greeted us and got right to work. We came in looking for an escape that was available and slightly out of my price range; but that didn’t stop them from making a great deal for us.

Couple hoops on my end to jump through with lenders and they worked with us and were very informative the whole time. My wife came up to complete paperwork and the entire staff was accommodating with our 2 and 3 year old girls hanging out.

Gino in finance walked us through everything and was very informative with our warranty and every option available. Although the vehicle has a check engine light on during test drive( more than likely a sensor or ignition coil since no performance issue) they are willing to fix it at dealer expense; and was nice enough to fuel the car up before we finished. Great dealership all around. My family and I have been coming here since I was a baby and I’ve gotten all my cars from them.
