They really went downhill since we previously used their services many years ago. This most recent time in October of 2019 they seemed not to know what they were doing. They didn't have enough funeral tags for the cars and asked the family members to help pass them out to everyone. They didn't seem to know how to lead everyone out of the funeral home, so it ended up being on me to make an announcement and say the viewing was done. I just was very hands on as a grieving niece, which was unexpected for the day. But someone's gotta do their job for them I guess. From what I understand, they are the cheapest, so.. you get what you pay for.
