Caliber Collision, is a Top notch vehicle repair shop.
My service advisor Steven Palaschak, consistently kept me updated on the repairs and always making the time to answer thoroughly any of my questions.
I was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready for pickup one week earlier than was estimated. Of course I hope I will never have to use the shop again, but absolutely would have no qualms to go there if it ever became necessary.

Had a great experience at Caliber. The repairs on the car were excellent and Colleen who was my service adviser was fantastic. Melina at the front desk was also super helpful and cute as a button.

From the receptionist when I first walked in she was very polite and professional and Matthew was also very professional and awesome and got the job done My car was done before it's scheduled time which worked out very well for me I appreciate your professionalism and thanks again.

Couldn’t be happier about my experience at Caliber recently. They finished the work well before I expected, always communicated thoroughly while receiving texts with any updates on what was going on with the car, and were all pleasant to interact with including the front desk staff (I believe her name is Melina). I’d recommend them to anyone needing car repair. My car is looking brand new again and it is thanks to Caliber!

Everyone that works there did their job well above average. The communication was perfect. The office manager was amazing when dealing with me and also dealing with my insurance. She made every little note and detail on my final estimate so no discrepancies would lead ins to charging me more. They are great and I would take my car back in a heartbeat .

We used Caliber Collision for a tree limb that had fallen on our truck's hood. They were great. Steven kept us up to date via text at least once a week. (Nice not to have to call a company to find out what's going on with the service!!!) We actually had expected the repair to take longer than it did. We were happily surprised when it was completed earlier than expected. Great company, great people. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great repair service!!!

Caliber took care of a repair that another business was not able to complete correctly after an accident. All employees I dealt with were professional, heard and validated my concerns. My car was returned clean, and I received updates throughout the entire process.

Colleen was just amazing! She took extra steps and extra pictures of the damage just to make sure nothing was overlooked. She didn't want me to spend extra days in the rental car so she called me and told me she was waiting for all the parts and was honest with me from the start. I will definitely be going back to Caliber if needed.
