This was the easiest transaction ever. We quite literally felt right at home. Lisa's presence was inviting, down to earth and genuine. We WILL be returning in the near future.

I felt so happy and welcome at the store. Sandy explained to me and showed me all Jarson furniture in the store. She is a great customer service because she gave me a lot of information and she placed my order and came to my house in the right time. I am glad that I ended up at Jarson furniture.

I had a great experience buying furniture here. No pressure at all. I was very pleased with delivery and setup. The guys brought furniture in put it together, placed it in the room where we wanted it. They took all the garbage and were vey cordial. Definitely, highly recommended.

We had a terrific experience looking at, picking out, selecting fabric and support in the pieces for our living room! Lisa was our sales associate and there was no sales pressure! She directed us to the area we needed to be, left us look and sit privately and allowed us to go to her. Lisa was patient and understood how "our" family uses the room and the space of our living room. Jarons offers a wide selection of furniture with options to customize. The opportunity to also choose the support in both the frame of the sofa and the cushions is impressive. That was not discussed in any other furniture store we visited (and we went to 3 others). We are looking forward to the 3-4 week delivery date!

One of the best if not the BEST furniture store IN Hamilton/Trenton/bordertown area, I been to this store twice & i ha sofsve not been disappointed! Costumer service is amazingly attentive, as soon as you walk in you feel welcomed 🤗 I purchased a sofa bed & a king size frame with the mattress

So quality of the living room set we bought so far is wonderful!

We were in the market for a couch to put in our new house. The staff helped us look over all our options and helped us pick out the layout of the couch that would work best in our space, and fabric for the couch and pillows, plus extra fabric for our bay window bench. All of our questions and concerns were answered thoroughly. The price was a bit expensive but it was worth it to have the layout and fabric we wanted, plus the brand was one of great quality. This was around the time that Texas had the ice storm that destroyed many factories - one of which happened to be the main foam factory in the US. This delayed our delivery for about 6 months which sucked but the product was definitely worth the wait. The delivery went smoothly and we are about 1.5 years in to owning our couch and we love it.

I ordered a couch from Florida over the phone for my nephew who just got his first apartment in NJ. I called and spoke with Nick who helped answer all of my questions and placed the order for me in minutes. I was expecting to get the run around but he made the process super seamless! I know I walked into the store already knowing that I was there to buy, the sales people were so very helpful. And the delivery men were friendly, courteous, and efficient. I would go back to Jarons in the future if I were to purchase furniture in the future.

Our sales person, Cindy was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. The only complaint we have is we felt rushed out by 2 other employees. 1 of them turned the lights out while we were still looking in the store. Store wasn't supposed to close for another 15 minutes.
