Sean was great to my family. My grandpa recently passed away suddenly and did an amazing job with the service. My parents also did my grandma's funeral service here back in 2018 and they did an amazing job too. We're glad we choose Eichel funeral home again. When my mother past away we were trying to find a funeral home that would treat us with compassion during our most difficult time. The last Funeral home we dealt with when my Father passed disregarded our feelings and treated us with disrespect and stole money from us!!!. Sean was very nice and easy to talk to with everything. When my father passed away in mid-November we weren't really sure which funeral home to choose, but we're extremely glad we chose Eichel. From the beginning both Sean and Amanda were helpful, understanding and very quick to return calls or emails when we had questions. There were also some very difficult and awkward moments caused by a family member, Sean and Amanda handled things with respectfulness, calm and caring. I would strongly recommend Eichel's to anyone in South Jersey needing funeral arrangements.

Having to deal with the loss of a family member is traumatic and heartbreaking. Going through the process is stressful and not something one wants or looks forward to. When you are presented with this situation, it is very fortunate that there are those who show compassion and respect to you and the family. Sean and his team made our family feel very comfortable and took us through the process of planning my brother’s funeral with all the respect, dignity, caring and compassion we needed. Dealing with the pandemic prevented us from having something right away and Sean worked with us to give our family and friends the opportunity to give closure and peace to his passing at a memorial just two weeks ago. Thank you. This is the second time in two years my family has had to face laying to rest a family member and, having Sean and his staff work with us both times, made the inevitable so much easier to deal with.

He provided us with the ability to say goodbye to our father in just the way my dad would want it to be, and we are so very grateful for that. Sean was prompt in guiding us through the process, since my mother passed away quite suddenly. He does not to push you into buying expensive urns or services.
Unfortunately, COVID defined us not having a viewing but that was my choice. I highly recommend Eichel and will definitely utilize their services in the future.
