Columbus Central Veterinary Hospital is amazing Vet. Everyone there loves and treats your pet like their family. We are so grateful to have them. Moose is a 122lb Rottie, and he loves going, even for his shots, he is always treated with smiles, treats, and belly rubs from all the staff. We highly recommend CCVH for their excellent care, all the Vet’s are wonderful and love their jobs. The staff is excellent as well. They have convenient hours and are unbelievable at accommodating appointments for those unexpected issues that arise. They always call to follow up on Moose the next day, so you can speak right to them if you have questions. They also have a user friendly website and pet desk app that is state of the art. We love them and we have family members that use them as well.

Everyone was so kind. They don't push me to spend more money. And they take great care of our old girl.

Our family has brought our pets here for over 15 years. Although they have had a lot of changes, I cannot say enough how much I enjoy every experience my pets and I have here. I will be frank and admit that it may cost you, but the care is phenomenal.

They are very considerate of my pit’s anxiety and he really can only come to this office for treatment.

Dr. Valente is knowledgeable, compassionate and so patient! The techs and front desk are as well and every experience has been a positive one! Heaven is amazing, and the entire front desk are understanding of situations which is a huge relief. Highly recommend!

My cat needed a tooth extraction and I'm really glad I came here. I got a consultation the day after I called and the surgery only two days after that. Dr. Higginbotham and all of the assistants were so sweet and friendly, handled my cat with so much care, and answered all of my questions patiently. The rooms were big and clean. I really felt like I was leaving him in good hands.

The end cost total for the consultation, exams, surgery, and medicine was about $1300, which was less than I expected based on my initial calls around to other places. Kitty is doing great so far afterward. I couldn't recommend them more and if I ever need to bring a pet to a hospital again I will definitely be coming here!

I have been taking my mixed-breed dog to Columbus Vet for three and a half years. They are amazing. I have never requested any particular Doctor, but on my most recent visit, we had Dr. Monica Valente, and I will make sure to ask for her again. She was very understanding and patient with my big boy. My boy is almost 70 lbs. and very anxious about his vet visits. Dr. Valente and the vet tech team were phenomenal, caring, understanding, and professional overall. Every Vet there is great, but Dr Valente stood out, and I felt she deserved to be mentioned by name.

They were phenomenal!! First my dog’s normal vet couldn’t see her for almost a full week and she was in pain. They got us in as a new patient that same afternoon. They were all so wonderful with our dog, you can tell that they really care. We’re switching to them for our dogs regular vet now

I've been taking my pets to CCVH for many years now and they are very caring and thorough, taking the time to give me in depth information about how my fur babies are doing, and explaining different options for their care.

I had to bring in my senior dog Ava for what I knew would be her last day. For almost 16 years she was such a good girl to me and my family. Every one of the staff members were absolutely amazing. From intake and vitals to her final pets goodbye with the doctor, everyone was so compassionate and caring. It meant a lot to me and to my Ava girl. 💙

This is one of the kindest group of doctors, technicians, and support staff in the area. They take the time to explain what they are doing to your pet and keep your pets stress level into consideration. They do not try to oversell you services and seem to have your pets best interests in mind at all times. I trust they with my cat and three kittens. If you are looking for a new Veterinarian I would recommend that you check them out.

Best place I've ever been for my dog in 7 years! The lady's were so amazing & awesome! Very helpful & gave me such good information the amount they charge is very fair! My dog usually doesn't like strangers but she loves the ladies here! I definitely will be bringing my dog here regularly!

The staff were super sweet to me and my puppy. They were quick to action on my hurt puppy and kept me updated and even offered me some drinks. Super sweet!

Anyone who uses Columbus Central Veterinary Hospital will be extremely happy!!!!
Especially if you have large aggressive bread dogs. They treat the animals not the bread.
I have a 155 lb Cone Corso. Who is 14. I rescued him at age 11. In less than 3 year he had 6 different vets. Most where scared of him before they even met him. The others over charge for everything and wanted to do tests and procedures that didn't need to be done especially for his age.
But at Columbus central veterinary they treat him like the big baby he is. They gave options for treatment and they tell you what is best for the animals not what will get them more money.
Before I found these wonderful Doctor's and staff I was going to have to put my man down because of medical problems. But now I see us getting an other year or so with him. Because of meds not xrays and surgery's. He is back to body slamming his sister and chasing the 3 kittens we adopted from Columbus central veterinary hospital.

I had a sick 16 year old pup..we are campers on our way south and we pulled in hoping we could get some assistance. They took care of my Lizzie, were very caring . She is feeling so much better. Hats off to the folks that work there. Thanks so much🐕❤

Always very thorough and great with my dogs I have always had very good experiences with Columbus Vet. Dr. Higginbotham this trip with my dog, was so nice and explained everything very well. Previously Dr. Antas did surgery on my dog, and was very supportive and did an excellent job. My dog likes everyone there, they are so nice!

My dog is small, high-testosterone and a little bit crazy but they handled him real easy. He eat a dead bird so there was some urgency and they got him in for a same day appointment. Other vets like Chesterfield won't even take new clients and others in the area have 5 day waits with no flexibillity. Clean modern facility, very transparent and fair pricing. Friendly support staff and Docs.
