World of Animals at Bensalem

I left a 5 star last year because these people are amazing.
We just recently lost our cat, Bronson of 13 years, and the staff was so awesome. They helped us along every step of the way because my wife and I were besides ourselves. After all was said and done we received a card in the mail yesterday with all staff members, including both vets signatures, along with really heartfelt messages.

Thanks everyone for taking care of my baby. August now has all her shots and is enjoying hikes and playing with other dogs. Thank you for helping her grow up strong and healthy.She may not be big but she is healthy and happy lol. See you guys when its time for a check up!

Everyone is so kind. The staff is kind and caring and Dr Burns really cares about my Chewie. They got us through a bad health scare and explained everything along the way. Now they're also treating our tuxedo cat Obi. All of the staff swoon over him and calm him down with their gentle care.

When I tell you this place cares about the animals that come in, I mean it. This place cares about the community and the pets, I hope this review will be read by a customer because I truly mean this place is so kind and amazing!!!!!

Staff and doctor were super friendly! They listened to my concerns and took my cats age into account for treatment/maintaining her health (she's 20 yrs. old for reference). They provided me with honest feedback and appropriate care options to maintain her healthy lifestyle. Compared to other places I've been, I feel they truly care and take each pet's needs into account. I've found great piece of mind taking my cat here.

We were planning to use WOA Bensalem as our regular vet and scheduled annual visits for our dogs. A week prior to our appointments, one of our dogs ended up with a bowel obstruction. The WOA staff handled his emergency care beautifully from diagnosis, to surgery, to the next day check up. They kept us informed of the plan of care and gave us cost estimates for everything before they did it. Even though they had just met our dog, we felt like they really cared about him and us. We’re looking forward to seeing Dr. Burns and Dr. Bailey under less scary circumstances next time!

The doctors and staff truly love animals, they explain everything. When we brought our dog in they brought us right into an exam room which was a relief since our dog doesn't get along well w other dogs. There's no pressure if you can't afford the shots, etc. that they suggest, they understand. There's no surprises w cost, they send you a detailed price list before your appt. and you can talk to them about which u can do. After your visit they promptly email a receipt. I have recommended these vets to friends and family and they were also happy!

I brought both my dogs there a day apart. I brought Duke in a day early because i had a scheduling mistake. They still took him right back. Everyone was so kind and made the vet a great experience for my scared dogs.

Dr. Leeb helped save our cat Leela. He gave her medication and vitamins because she wasn't eating and so far she's doing well. Thanks so much to the wonderful staff who checked on her after our visits.

Super thankful for this place! They were able to bring my fur baby in on the same day during this COVID crisis, which is practically unheard of. The doctor was incredibly kind and down to earth. The prices were fair and honest. I can’t say enough about how great they are. I hope to be returning here soon! Thanks Effie for all your help and the kind words! You’re the best! Sammie is back to being a happy little pup because of the help from the staff. So grateful for veterinary practices like this one. 🤗 🐾 🐶

They treated my baby boy like a prince. He had to stay overnight, but they took very good care of my dog Charlie. Thank you to the entire staff at World of Animals at Bensalem.

These folks are extremely kind and caring. They will go out of their way to help you and your pet. Their prices are fair and affordable too! Dr. Leeb is knowledgeable and so sweet. I recently took my dog to The World of Animals last week. I was so grateful that they had a same day appt and there was absolutely no waiting! That never happens at other vet offices. I appreciated their punctuality. Nurse Linda was so sweet and had deep compassion towards my situation. My dog is 15 years old and hearing some things about his health really upset me. She stayed and talked with me about all of my dogs options. I left there knowing that my dog is in good hands. Then…today I called and explained that my dog was feeling very ill. Once again…they were able to get me a same day appt. Nurse Linda was very gentle when administering the shots to my dog. I just love how she explains everything. The doctor was definitely the best that I have ever met. What a team those two make. I appreciate how fast I was in and out of there. And the price was very reasonable. I’m so glad that I decided to try out a new vet!

If you are looking for a vet that cares, with great people and compassionate animal lovers, world of animals is the place to go! My first experience earlier this week and it was great! I came in with my mother and her dog. Nurse Linda took care of us answering numerous questions from my mom. Linda was very kind, knowledgeable and explained everything she needed to know to continue to care for her dog.

Best experience from making the appointment to walking into the office and after ..highly recommend 10 out of 10 ! So happy we found World of Animals

We were patients of Dr Leeb & were bummed when he retired. We had our first visit with Dr Burns today & she was great. Our pup has been acting a little off & she took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain what she was seeing and what the test results showed/a game plan. The staff was really helpful & so good with her. Felt totally comfortable with the care we received.

The nicest vet office and team I have been to. My Dog Zeus, a german shepherd was bit by a ground hog, i explained the situation to them and they were nice enough to see my dog immediately. Zeus is not good around other dogs and vets, but the whole team made me and Zeus feel comfortable and at ease. Got the shots, did the check up and they had us on our way with in an hour.
I will be making this office my permanent Vet office for Zeus!

It was wonderful! Our doctor Alexandra John and nurse Crystal were great professionals. My cats didn't even get scared. I left them with the confidence that my cats received full protection, they are healthy, and even the most beautiful in the world :) Thank you a lot!
