Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems

We purchased an Easy Rest bed and are very happy with it. The Sales Representative was very thorough and answered all our questions. The delivery crew were very professional and were very careful when bringing the bed up our stairs into the bedroom. They took the time to show us everything and made sure we knew how to use it before they left. The bed is very comfortable - much better than our old one. The bed helps with my bad back and is easier to get out of bed in the morning.We are sleeping well on it and enjoying the features.

We love our two Easy Rest beds! We recently moved overseas so couldn't take the beds with us because of the power difference. We moved our beds to our permanent home in the States and absolutely love sleeping on them when we're back! Both my husband and I have acid reflux and being able to raise the head of the split mattress allows us to adjust the height independently to reduce our symptoms. Also, the mattress is wonderful for my back; I wake up refreshed and pain free every morning. We would highly recommend an Easy Rest bed to anyone who's looking for a great night's sleep!

This bed has been a great addition to my life. In addition to the comfort it brings I also get the benefit of raising my head to get relief from my reflux. The customer service representative was great too. My dog chewed my remote and they were able to replace it in just 2 days. I have recommended Easy Rest to many of my friends.

The EasyRest bed is so comfortable and easy to use. my wife and I love using the several different positions for our sleeping habits. I find the massage to be very soothing and puts me right to sleep. I would recommend this bed to anyone that wants a great nights sleep.

I have been sleeping in an Easy Rest bed for some time and I love it. I have a hiatal hernia and get lots of acid reflux, which is painful and problematic. By raising the head of the bed it helps manage my symptoms and minimize the occurrence of reflux at night.

What a comfortable bed!! The Easy Rest bed is beyond our expectations! As well as having so many health benefits.

Bed not working mattress’s sags in the middle and heat doesn’t work but have tried calling and calling and no answer

I would put a zero because this company swindles senior citizens out of their money. The bed that they sell is no good. I've contacted them over and over again, they have not tried to fix the problem yet. They tricked my 71 year old mother into getting a bed with a contract. The sells man that she spoke to put a false amount of income on her contract so that she could get the bed. My mother is stuck with a bill that nobody can afford. If you know anybody who is dealing with this company especially senior citizens tell them to stay away. Check with your family to make sure that they DO NOT make this mistake. I have tried to get them to come and get them bed but they refused. My mother is old and she didn't know what she was signing. They told her that she should have read the contract but she could not understand what they was talking about. The writing was hard to understand. If there is anybody who can help us please help us so that we will know what to do. She suppose to be paying them the payment of 5,508.95 dollars for a bed that does not work. That would ruin my mother's credit and that would make her sick.

My mother -law- 83 years was hood-winked into signing a contract for an Easy Rest bed under the impression from the sales representative that she had won a free bed. It is a travesty that businesses as such is allowed to prey on the elderly, the poor and those who are incapable of reading and comprehending all of the legal jargon. I understand -free-enterprise- but not at the expense of the vulnerable. Now- she can't get out of the sign contract-has a bed she can't use that is bleeding her meagre resources to pay for it. But= there is a God and karma does deliver retribution.

Terrible Customer Service!
Phoned to set up an in-home consultation. No call back for four days.
Phoned again. Transferred around to two separate agents. Second agent transferred me to a number that simply rang and rang ( about 15 times) before I finally hung up.
Will NOT pursue a bed from Easy Rest.
If getting hold of someone is this difficult BEFORE a sale, imagine how difficult it will be after they have my money!!

Customer Service is truly a skill!!

If I could put 0 stars I would! Stay clear of this company. The customer service alone is horrific. Currently looking to get in contact with consumer affairs and people who actually care about the company. The New York customer service was more concerned with defending their friends than resolving a customer issue/ complaint of a sick elderly woman! I've worked in customer service for 8 years and have never seen representatives speak to a customer this way especially one that just spent $8,000 and given the run around. DO NOT spend your money here!! Customer service is rude, unprofessional, and obnoxious. Unbelievable that they pay them to talk to customers like that!

Wow- if i could rate them with no stars- I would have. My elderly mother contacted them and a saleslady showed up. My sister has POA but the lady would not halt the sales pitch and had my mom sign a contract. When we called to cancel- the man was extremely rude and just kept shouting "sign the blue cancellation paper and send it in". Please beware of this company not as helpful as they act like they are.

Poor customer service, Bad management over priced beds that are not put together well. This company target market is elderly and the poor who aren't able to afford or pay for these items. They should be reported to the Us Attorney general..... Best advise and only advise is never do business with them.....

We do NOT like this bed. It is NOTHING like we were told it would be. The company does NOT care about you or your purchase and they do not try to make it right. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
