I really appreciate Mike and Steve for helping me out. They explained everything to me clearly and were very knowledgeable. They looked at my car and made sure everything was proper. They even explained and fixed careless work I had done at another shop in the area.

This is an honest, thorough shop with honest people who not just trying to get money out of you. I definitely recommend!

Also, shot out to Nate! He did an awesome job with my dad’s tires and truck. We’ll definitely be back if we need future work.

Called 4/9 because I needed a new bulb in my front headlight. The store was busy but Mike (I'm pretty sure that was his name) said to come in and he would try to fit me in. He helped me out as soon as I got there and I was out of there in less then 20 minutes. Thanks so much MAVIS I'm so glad now I don't have to worry about getting a ticket driving at night! I highly recommend this shop for oil changes and all tire matters as well.

Nothing but good experiences here. Very good prices and reasonable wait times. I recently had a nail in my tire and needed quick assistance. They were more than helpful and quick to help me take care of the nail. Thank you Mavis and the service techs. Highly recommend over others in the area.

Very positive experience today when dropping off our car. Initially, we were only coming in to have a slow leak repaired from a screw puncture in one tire. Upon further investigation, it was determined all 4 tires were in rough enough shape to call for replacement. These folks walked us through the process, and had suggested the best option for the new wheels. Work was done quickly and we were grateful they looked out for us and got the replacements done quickly!

Mike was very informative...he told me I needed new tires and the importance of getting them changed as soon as possible...he also offered me a few discounted options to help me with cost... he was also very friendly and had a good conversation with my Son about putting his best foot forward.makes u feel like your more than just a customer.

Popped in 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday, didn't think I would get wiper blade service at that time, but the crew were very gracious to help me replace the blade.
That's why I'm a regular customer of mt holly mavis tire.

I had to come back in twice in one day to handle some issues i had. And with no problem i was able to come back and get my tires fixed. Entire group was generous and open to helping me out as much as they could and i was able to get in and out.

I got a flat tire as I was returning from work. I had to call Roadside assistance to put the spare in, but still needed to get the tire fixed. Luckily, I went to the Mavis in Lumberton. Mike was so helpful and accommodating. He was pleasant to everyone. He took time to explain the process and how long it will take etc. Besides the great customer service, the fact it was done expeditiously was a big plus. I hope that doesn’t happen to me again, however if it does, I will go there again if I need their services. Thank you Mike and staff!

Mavis of Mt. Holly/Lumberton was very accommodating with me. Due to the fact that the tires were ordered from Amazon and shipped directly to them, but an error on part of the tire seller caused a delay of the installation. The installation was paid through Amazon and it was exactly what Amazon charged. The most reasonable tire installation I could find was through Amazon. I would definitely have tires installed here again. In addition, they competed an alignment too without any problems. Just remember to get the tire installation price the tires must be purchased on Amazon and then they offer the installation service. Great Job by the Mavis Team!!

Great service! I have been going here for nearly 20 yrs. I just had fantastic customer service from Brandon!

I needed a wheel alignment and was unable to drive my car without it. My car dealership couldn't get me in until February (?!) and Mavis took me within an hour. I had my car back that afternoon. The team was personable, warm, and thorough, and the prices were extremely fair. Their quick and affordable service salvaged my week, which would have been impossible without my car. Thank you!

Mavis took care of replacing my two front tires first then a few weeks later they replaced my two back tires. All went well and and service was great. These guys are awesome! Highly recommend this place.

Excellent service Mike and everyone was awesome. They really helped me out, and had me in and out quickly. Will definitely be coming back here. Went back again today with a nail in a tire, the guys checked and found another. Still excellent service and they had me in and out in an hour.

Had a Tire pressure light come on and after a day of YouTube dives, I realized I needed a machine I didn't have access to was needed. I called and spoke to Steve and he said bring it over when ya can. I went next morning and he and Brandon explained what it was for and how to get it reset. Also informed me that last tire job a had done, the place i went to didn't put tires back in right places so sensor was for wrong tire. They not only took care of me IMMEDIATELY but were very fast and friendly and it cost me nothing PLUS I got an little lesson about tires while I was at it.
I will go back there from now and I get more things done as needed. New Fan over here. Thank you Brandon and Steve!!

Really enjoyed my experience at mavis, Brandon helped me out tremendously to make sure my car was good all around. I would recommend him for a new customer that comes around. And I would definitely come back when I need something else done by him.

I love coming to this Mavis! I've been here a few times now. These guys are always friendly, and so far have been able to accommodate my (usually) last minute requests for appointments. Wait times are not at unreasonable here in my opinion:). Thanks!!
