I attended another visitation in the last 7 months. Again, the service was outstanding and impeccable. John and his assistant, Lisa, were behind the scenes helping and available but not imposing. It was really quite a nice sendoff for this family member. John ensured all the details were taken care of. It's nice to go to a funeral parlor where 1 service occurs at a time, so you're given full attention.

I recently attended a visitation for the sudden and unexpected passing of a well-known member of the community. The event was well organized. The atmosphere was warm and inviting with photos of the deceased and flower arrangements placed around the room. The funeral director was always on hand but discreet. When my mother passed away they did not hesitate to step in and help. Lewis Funeral Home made the process stress free and easy for my brother and I. He handled all the documentation quick and easy. The viewing itself was perfect. The flowers, urn, pictures and slide show were all placed well and he made sure we comfortable every step of the process. He went above and beyond to help our family. I read Tara's review. It is strange that the review mentioned another funeral home. The funeral home that is mentioned by Tara's has no obituary for anyone named "Chester". SO PLEASE TAKE TARA'S REVIEW FOR WHAT IT IS WORTH. John is a good funeral director and has treated by family with respect and kindness over the years.

If you're looking for the rudest, least compassionate, most awful experience you could possibly have while you are already experiencing a tragedy look no further than this place. The director here is terrible and I recommend any other funeral home other than this one.
