I received excellent service at Holman Ford Maple Shade. Everyone was so welcoming and kind, from the employee in training who greeted me, to my service coordinator Kevin who explained all of the work they would be doing very clearly and kept me informed throughout the day. He communicated clearly and made sure I got my car back as quickly as possible. Jennifer helped me with a loaner car which I appreciated. It was all a very positive experience!

Had a very good experience here buying a new car. Everyone from the sales people, to the GM and service manager were great to work with. I worked with Greg Sommers who was my sales lead and GM Joe Trivett who provided great customer service and answered all my questions even on their day off. I was not pressured and they took every length to get me the best price/deal for my new vehicle. I would recommend A+.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. I was treated by a friendly face the moment I pulled in for my service. I was promptly guided in the right direction to get the process moving. I was provided with thorough yet efficient information about the services provided. While the estimated time for completion was longer than I expected, I soon understood why it would take so long. I was provided with a full detail video of all of the services being done as well kept up to date with real time updates from my service associate, Kevin Kozarski. Kevin made the process easy and I never had a moment of concern throughout the whole process.

We brought our Lincoln MKZ in to have a recall done, and was met by Kevin in service was a very nice experience. We walked the lot to waste time for the Lincoln to be done, and had seen a truck on the lot not really of thinking of buying anything at the moment. We met Vincent in sales, we had expressed our interest in this dodge Ram truck. We asked a few questions and this by far was the easiest and relaxing purchase i myself had ever made, Vincent is a great salesman to work with, he follows up on his work, yes we purchased the truck.

I had to leave a review. It was my brother's first time buying his own car on his own and I tagged along to look at the cars he was interested in. We walked in and were greeted basically immediately without an appointment by the front. We worked with Vince, who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and kind. He showed us different cars, gave us different t options and walked us through the whole process. It was painless and pretty seamless.
The only thing that bothered me was that after the car being detailed, the sticker residue was still on the window. Made me question if it was "detailed" at all. When I saw it and brought it up to Vince, he didn't hesitate to get it brought back to have it cleaned off properly.

When I came in a year ago looking for a car for myself, Tito was also awesome, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Even though we decided on a different car, working with Tito was great. He gave us a chance to look at different car options and made us aware of what worked with what we were looking for.

Alan Eisenstadt was recommended to us and I’m so glad that I contacted him. My husband and I were very impressed by his kindness and knowledge that we knew we had to proceed with the car purchase. I have heard all the nightmares and horrors about being a first time car buyer and that "car salesmen are all scammers". I experienced none of that working with Mike Cifaldi. He not only made the car buying experience painless, he also ensured I didn't pay a ridiculous markup on my Bronco, and was just an absolute pleasure to work with. If I could, I would personally recommend him to everyone in the entire state of NJ who was looking to buy a Bronco.

Also Greg, in financing, welcomed me in the Bronco owner family, and was willing to do everything to make sure I was getting the best deal on my auto loan.

I don't often write reviews but felt compelled because I was blown away by the service experience at Holman Ford Maple Shade. My car needed service for a recall so I went to them as the closest Lincoln dealer in my area. They offered pick up and drop off of my car including a loaner which made my life 1000% easier. In addition to handling the recall, they provided a complimentary inspection of my car and text me a link of the mechanic with my car going through everything they checked. They also cleaned the exterior of the car. The communication during the service was excellent (shoutout to Kevin) and I was just really blown away with the whole experience as I usually dread getting my car serviced. This was my first time using Holman and now the only place I will service my car.

Vince was very helpful in answering my questions and sorting all of the logistics of buying a car. He was incredibly patient as I had a complicated registration due to split time between two different states, but we figured it out! I love my car and will recommend Holman to any friends who are in the market.

Tom Trasser went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Daily communication and was able to get us exactly what we were looking for. Top notch service from top notch people!

Top notch experience. Not only did they accommodate my three children in the process but they really made the whole car buying experience wonderful. Greg Somers was the best! We went to two nearby ford dealerships and kept going back to this location not just because of the prices, but mainly because of Greg’s professionalism, honesty, and willing to work with us (and his time of course). Once we sell our other car we’ve had in about 2-3 years we will most certainly return to Greg!

Dean did a great job finding a vehicle to meet my needs. Vince did an amazing job delivering the vehicle and responding to all my questions and requests. AJ did a great job with explaining the finance paperwork. Brian did great getting me a great $ deal. They all made it a seamless, easy process. I'm a very happy customer!

I truly enjoyed working with Joe Foley over the last 7-8 years. He provided 1st class customer service and was always honest and upfront with me about the costs related to the work that needed to be done on the vehicle . Overall, he just went above and beyond to make sure that I was good to go before leaving the dealership after every visit. He also would always lend a hand with the removal of my kids car seats, if a loaner vehicle had to be provided while my car was being worked on in the shop. The trust that I had built with him was comforting, especially in the world we live in today where the level of customer service is basically non-existent. I will miss working with him as I no longer have a Ford vehicle. But never say never...!

A vehicle came up on my Facebook feed for an Explorer at Holman. I requested addtional information and was contacted by Greg Somers. Greg is the consummate professional. Greg was able to answer questions, provide pictures, describe features, and provide feedback on the vehicle and was also extremely flexible with allowing me to move times around in order to test drive the vehicle. The communication was constant and concise. Greg also put me in the great hands of Gary Segal. Gary was also terrific, describing the options available for warranty coverage, and tire/rim coverage, for the 2018 Ford Explorer Sport and completing the transaction paperwork with ease. The entire process was terrific and frictionless. It is the prototype for the car buying experience and our family will use Holman for our car buying needs in the future.

Mike Cifaldi was a truly great host. He welcomed us and treated us like family. He was knowledgeable and didn’t waste our time during a busy holiday weekend. In the future I would most definitely return to Holman Ford and recommend Mike to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

This was my 3rd time working with Mike C buying a car. This time was more stressful d/t an accident in which my car was totaled. Mike made this experience so much easier. As before, he was very understanding of my needs and navigated me through the process. My son has also worked with Mike and has referred his Father in law to Mike. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers have a positive experience. Very grateful!!!

I had the great pleasure of purchasing a car this past Saturday. Dan Kane was not only welcoming, but he was also super knowledgeable and gave me a wonderful experience. I was not sure what I wanted to purchase, and he took the time to go through several options. Car buying is something I've dreaded in the past, but Dan has changed my mind.
