Mattress Firm Burlington

My experience was excellent. I went into the store not really expecting to buy. I wanted to price check and see what was out there. The sales associate Andrea was very welcoming and very thorough in explaining each bed to try and meet my wife’s needs. I felt very comfortable with her explanations and they always made sense. I can tell she has a real passion for her job because everything was so effortless. Needless to say the Deals mattress firm had made me get my wife to try out the beds. She fell in love with the mattress and I couldn’t leave without purchasing it. Andrea walked me through the process multiple times and made sure I was making the best decision for my budget and family. I’m so happy that Andrea was covering the store that day because she made mattress shopping painless and easy.

I am very impressed. Our salesman Jason was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. He steered us to a great bed and a great deal. Also, the next day, nick was amazingly helpful when the institution we were delivering the bed to gave us problems due to their restrictive rules. Nick went the extra mile to get corporate to accomodate our special needs. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a mattress. Great folks at the Burlington Township store!

I came here to look around and gather some information on a new mattress for the house. Talked to Paul there and wound up getting a fantastic deal on a new king mattress and adjustable base. Will definitely be recommending here to everybody! Paul worked with us for over an hour while we figured out what we really wanted lol and worked with our budget to show us options that were reasonable priced. When you come to this location, definitely ask for Paul!

Richard Campbell is simply the BEST! He made my mattress buying experience extremely painless. The future doctor is extremely pleased to have worked with him during this time. Rich was patient and very helpful in helping me select the best mattress and pillows for me. The bed platform was defective upon delivery so I didn’t accept it. I called Rich and he took care of my replacement. With delivery of the second platform there was a problem fitting it with my bed furniture. Again I called Rich and he was able to instruct the deliverymen on how to make necessary adjustments. Nonetheless, within 2 days of original delivery date, I was enjoying my new mattress!

What a fantastic customer service experience - it was a real joy not to feel pressure with the buying process!! Jason spent a lot of time with us explaining all the Tempur-pedic mattresses and adjustable bases available in order to find out which one was best suited for our particular needs. He is very knowledgeable, professional and just an all-around nice guy! It was a pleasure to do business with him

Great experience all the way from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Roxanne is amazing and helped me find a mattress at a price I was comfortable with. Nothing was overpriced and she didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. All in all, I got the mattress and adjustable base that I needed for my bed with a great deal!

My man Jason is the best mattress salesman this side of the Mississippi. His customer service and his caring for the customers experience are unmatched. I would highly recommend that anyone in the market for a mattress shouldn’t hesitate to come here.

I just recently purchased a tempurpedic mattress from this location and the whole experience was great! Jason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and he did not make us feel rushed or pressured at all. We got the perfect mattress and I highly recommend this store! :)

The consultation and inventory availability we're awesome at the Burlington location. We were upgrading our matress and received excellent customer service. Pickup at the warehouse was also very well organized and easy to navigate.

Associate was very good at assisting and making suggestions. He made the buying process very smooth. Waiting for the mattress to be delivered. We will see how that goes.
