Hyatt House Mt. Laurel

We liked it and would stay again. Seems like an old condo or extended stay converted to a Hyatt. Decent job, rooms were clean. Kinda tight - if you're bigger, it'll be a little uncomfortable navigating the bathroom. 3 floors; no elevator. We were only staying overnight so didn't have a lot of bags to carry. Multiple buildings, so if you need something in the registration area, you'll probably drive there. My son slept on the pullout, but they didn't have any blankets. Fortunately, he didn't have to go back bc I could give him an extra that I didn't need.

I stayed at the Hyatt House for over 2 months during a period when I was looking for my new residence. I can’t say enough great things about the staff at this hotel. They make you feel like you are family. They go above and beyond for you and I never had to worry about a missing package if I had deliveries here. I knew the staff by name and it felt like I was staying in a condo. The staff was also very welcoming to my dogs and would greet them whenever I was walking them. The staff truly made me feel like I was home. The 1 bedroom room that I had was clean. The outside was well maintained also and you would see staff members maintaining the property like Joe, blowing the walkways off. I think it was my 2nd day that I had been there, when Heidi greeted me and stated that she was manager of housekeeping and if I needed anything, please let her know. Every single member of the staff did their job and they did it with a sincere smile. If there was an issue where something broke, such as a dryer, they made sure to get it fixed promptly. My room was clean, and it didn’t have. A funky smell like other places I stayed at. I loved that the kitchen had your basics, pot and pan, glasses, utensils, plates, full size fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher. I like the room setup a lot and how the bedroom was separate and there is a great size closet. I had tried about 4 other hotels in the area prior to my stay at Hyatt House. None of the other hotels had the kitchens equipped like the Hyatt House has. None of the the other hotels had a staff like that could come close to the staff at the Hyatt House. Customer service is extremely important to me. Nowadays, it seems that excellent customer service doesn’t exist because everything is done in the internet. If you are looking for excellent customer service and want to stay at a hotel where you feel like you are staying with family, where you feel safe and that your belongings are safe, the Hyatt House is definitely the hotel you want to stay at. I would recommend this location to anybody and I already have recommended to many.

Location was perfect with regards to where our office is, as I was there for business. There was plenty of infrastructure nearby. Didn't have any service issues, and tipped the housekeeper every time they came.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt House. Our family of 3 was able to stretch out comfortably and relax in one of their family suites. There was a full kitchen, although we didn’t use it, stocked with pans and dishes. Our stay was just right for a quick stop during a roadtrip.

Keira, the front desk clerk was very friendly, and informative. She always had a smile on her face and made you feel welcome!!!

Stayed at Hyatt House for 10 nights while my home was under construction. I have a family of four. Two children ages 2 and 3, myself and husband. Stayed in 2 bedroom suite, which was spacious. Rooms were clean but a little dated, and furniture was in okay shape. The beds were super comfy, and the pillows were awesome! There were 2 bathrooms, also a plus, 2 large closets and a kitchen. The kitchen did not have much, but the staff allowed me to borrow a baking pan. The staff was incredible, extremely accommodating, and understanding. My toddlers can be quite rambunctious, so I appreciate the calmness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was really nice, and I am greatly appreciative. Breakfast was definitely a plus and delicious! There is a gym, outdoor pool, laundry room, and basketball court. The hotel was also quiet and drama free during our stay. I am 100% satisfied with our stay and would definitely return!

Great hotel. Wonderful breakfast, very much better than the usual hotel breakfast included fare. I would stay here when visiting this area.

Ok this hotel was perfect for my family! We got a 2-bedroom suite for my family of 6. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We also had the best hotel breakfast we have had in a long time! They had a really nice hot bar, lots of cold options and tons of drinks. The area (while I know nothing about it) felt really safe.

The pool, while outdoors, was clean and decent sized.

Needless to say, if we ever pass this way again, we will absolutely be staying here.

The room was better than I expected. Bring your own food if you need to, there was a stove, pots and pans, and dishes. Nothing wrong with the utensils but me personally I would just grab plastic ones from Wawa. The room was spacious, pull out sofa bed. I'd definitely go back! Pool on site and basketball court.

We don't know if Hyatt built or bought an apartment building but it's pretty perfect for a bigger family or extended stay. They have 2bdrm/2bath units with all the normal Hyatt features like pool and breakfast. The rooms showed some cosmetic wear but it was so comfortable we have zero complaints. We hope they'll do this model in other places too because we loved it.

I will stay at this hotel every time I travel in this area. Especially if I’m traveling for more than a night or two. It has a dorm-like or apartment-like setup with private entrances and separate buildings. My room and two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms and a shared common area. The breakfast was very good and the staff were all polite and easy to work with.

Stayed at this hotel to attend a Pearl Jam concert in Camden. Brought my dog as the hotel is pet friendly! They conveniently had our room at the back side of the hotel where my dog wouldn't disturb anyone. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the suite. The bedroom was perfect with a king size bed, big window, sink and walk in closet. The bathroom was a little small but clean and beautiful. Shower was modern, had great water pressure.
The kitchen was an actual full kitchen with full size stove and refrigerator, sink, microwave, and dishwasher. Also stocked with utensils, dinnerware, cookware. 2 tv's, 1 in living room, 1 in bedroom. Dining table, coffee table, desk, and 2 movable ottomans. Very clean hotel, modern decor, and contact less check in. The app is very helpful and no need to visit front desk. The drive to the concert venue in Camden was just 10 miles and very convenient. My only complaint is all fast food was closed at 10pm leaving us to just eat snacks! McDonald's has a drive thru open late but very long line! Overall, I would absolutely stay there again.

this is my new go-to place to stay.
I have stayed here three different times for numerous days. you can find rooms in the area cheaper but they don't offer everything you'll find at the Hyatt House.
I am in the area once a month you can't beat the price The rooms are large a full kitchen in the units. no oven and the handicapped units. shelves are stocked with plates utensils pans dish soap I'm just about anything else you can need. couple small things needed fixed or repaired items that get normal use they had someone there ASAP to resolve any and all issues.

I have not had any problems with the front desk they have been wonderful and accommodating. I have only stayed at the property since all of the covid 19 issues. I didn't get a chance to use most of the amenities like the pool or the breakfast area or the gym. The location is great near just about everything maybe 15 minutes from Philly with plenty of restaurants nearby.
The beds and pillows are very comfortable to pull out the couch is suitable. plenty of area to store your items and clothing. separate bathrooms and the two-bedroom units are great.
you just can't beat the price for what you get.
I must repeat I've had no problems with the staff they were very pleasant knowledgeable and help me with anything I asked of them.

I'm normally not a big fan of extended stay hotels that resemble apartment complexes (think multiple buildings, all usually three stories) mostly because of the noise but this Hyatt House was just the opposite! Nice & quiet and my 2-bedroom suite was comfortable with all the amenities - full fridge, stove tops, microwave, dishwasher - It was perfect!

Great service from the front desk staff and lots of food options nearby - will definitely be here again in the near future!

Nice suites in good condition. Nestled in an wooded community has a gym, pool, and basketball court as well as laundry. Gym and pool were under renovation. Breakfast was decent, buffet style. Overall great value and helpful staff.

Clean attractive room. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast included was a plus, and was tasty, and the dining area neat and clean. The room set up reminded me of a motel at first, because you enter the individual rooms from outside, and I dislike motels, but I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay again.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The staff and the people there were so nice. The free breakfast in the morning was amazing. They have omelets of the day and a variety of foods. The pool is clean and they also have a basket ball court. They have wheel chair accessible rooms and bathrooms. The whole apartment is beautiful. The beds are comfortable they have remote controlled shades and a fully functional kitchen. They provide pots pans a fridge stove silverware cups and plates even a dish washer. The perfect place to stay on vacation. The rooms are spacious and have there own closets and dressres. It's well lit and has a wonderful atmosphere. Lights out are at nine and the pool opens at ten. The apartments are clean and organized. Highly recommend.

My family stayed here for 4 days for spring break. It was amazing the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room itself was great. Very spacious perfect for my 16 month old that needs to be in his own room. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely go back again.

Excellent stay at the Hyatt House in Mt Laurel. The suite was lovely, large, very well furnished, comfortable and clean!
The staff was responsive and friendly and the Breakfast, with omelet station, was terrific!
The cooks were working hard and very responsive! Thanks!
Beware that the buildings are 3 stories, entrances are exterior and there are no elevators. So if that is an issue, just request a ground floor unit.
We will definitely stay here whenever we are in the area!

Great rooms, very nice staff. The restaurant is at the Hyatt Place across the way, terrific food we ordered over the phone and picked it up.the pool and workout facility are great. Rooms is very clean and nice. Building is an old apartment I think that was renovated. Quiet stay, peaceful. Even the squirrels are friendly!
