If I could leave a zero I would. I unfortunately had to change primary physician a few months ago, after being with.mine for 15 plus years. I get the lovely Rachel Hill, a nurse practitioner who thinks she knows it all, yet ANY medical condition you have, she sends you off. Try to talk to her about history and she'll blow you off to someone else and will not write any prescription that she doesn't treat, but when I tell her one RX is written daily she refuses to change to prn, it's a WATER PILL! She's ridiculous, thinks she knows my body and my medical condition better than I do after meeting her one time! I tell her a history of what occurs once a year and she tries to put a different label on it and will not treat me for what it is nor recommend anything to comfort my systems. Insist upon labs that have nothing to do with what's going on and only writes a 30 day supply of meds I've been taking for years! So I end up at another doctors office and get what is needed.
If you're searching for a new doctors office. Stay away from Three Rivers Primary Care, they don't care about you. Only about getting the paperwork right and collecting the money!

I've had previous issues and inconsistencies without leaving a review but this evening has done me in. I called Monday 3-4-24. Asked if they were taking new patients. Receptionist stated yes. I explained my son needed a sports physical. Appt was made for Wednesday 3-6-24 @ 3:30pm. I received a phone call at work with their unprofessional receptionist telling me appointment with Dr. Rachel Hill is cancelled because she will NOT do a sports physical and I need to find a Pediatrician. WOW! Is all I need to say and their website needs major update and a receptionist to know what she's scheduling and training, especially when dealing with patients. She absolutely did not care and own any accountability on her job. This is sad when a local doctor won't even do a sports physical that was SCHEDULED! See photo on their website! "We treat children 1 and up" Primary care but let's call and tell a mother you need to find a Pediatrician....
