Love this place! Coworker let me know I had a flat tire. I called several places but they were too "busy." Asked if I could come back the next day. Since I have a 45 minute commute, I obviously said no. James at Highway Tire said, "Sure! We can do it." Another coworker put enough air in the tire for me to get there. They put my car on the lift right away & fixed the tire. In about 15 minutes, I was on my way home. Thanks guys!! ☺

Sue and her staff are the best. They are honest, perform quality work timely and are friendly and accommodating. So glad I’ve found this place, they are my new go-to for all services big and small.

We have spent a ton of time bringing our cars into Highway over the years and this review is long overdue. Bob and Sue run a tight ship with fair pricing and great service from very good mechanics. But the one thing that brings me back for all 7 cars in the family is their honesty if it ain’t broke they are not fixing it. They don’t upsell you on things you don’t need. I would highly recommend going here for an honest and fair repair or to buy tires

I just wanna say they did a terrific job on my car. I had an issue with my car where it would just turn off when I'm in a stop position. Even though they couldn't find the reason what was causing it, i got an oil change, 4 new tires, and brake pads, all for a great price. Im officially done going to the dealership & other places. This is my new place to go. Thank you again. I definitely recommend this place.

I was looking for a reliable tire center. Well through a group I asked. Highway was recommended. I called at 8am. Bright and cheerfully the phone was answered by Dan. He answered my questions so I drove over. He was just as pleasant in person we talked about my driving style and came up with the perfect set of tires for my vehicle. Highway was friendly fast and efficient. I honestly rely on reviews for most of my large purchases. If you do as well, I would like to say that Highway and team will not dissapoint. They have now made me a lifetime customer. Thank you!

I trust them. They have earned it. My tire pressure indicator was giving a false low-pressure warning. They identified the one of four sensors that was bad and replaced it.

Was in there on June 21 with a nail in my tire. Talked with Matt and Jake worked the car. Also talked to Jimmy who came and explained how lucky I was. Turned out that the nail didn’t puncture the tire and I was lucky. They checked to make sure there was no leak and re mounted the wheel. No charge! Great honest service. They’ve earned my trust! Keep up the good work!

Really great service. Both Amanda and Sue were super friendly and helpful. They unfortunately couldn't resolve my issue (needed a weld), but they were able to refer me to a good shop that could. They also didn't charge me to look at it, which is always appreciated. Definitely will be back again in the future.

The guys at Highway Tire gave me help today right on the spot. They helped me out even though I wasn't able to get a new tire right away being short on funds. They checked out my tire and advised me that it couldn't be fixed safely and I agreed. They gave me a few options for temporary fixes until I could get a new tire. I just want to say that I have been trusting Highway Tire since 1983. My Father and next door neighbor and practically everyone else I knew in Lumberton always relied on and recommended Highway Tire since I was a kid in the 70's. My daughter asked me why I was driving all the way to Highway Tire and I said, simply, "It's a matter of trust, they've always helped me out with things that I just don't know enough about." These people not ONLY are the best in the business, they REALLY get it!

Went there for a tire check before heading back to Florida. Since mother had been going there for 30 years, I trusted them to have great service and good prices. I wasn't disappointed. They were friendly and even gave ma discount. I use them every time I am in town.

I've been coming here for over 10 years. They offer it all towing and mechanical. I've also noticed which they have always honored one of the best warranties in the industry. While most shops I've been to offer me only a year warranty they offer two years and 24000 miles. Also a nationwide warranty on tires which is good so when I do my road trips. I always see cars in the parking lot but they do their best to make sure I am in and out. 10 star rating if Google would allow it.

Dropped off our Suburban to have new tires mounted and balanced. Mike was a pleasure to deal with. The service was performed in a timely manner as promised. It sure feels good when things get done right. Thanks!

Highway tire is a great shop!! Family owned and you can tell! Mike makes a great effort to make you feel like you are treated as family. People always hope to have a friend that’s a mechanic you can go to and make sure you not getting ripped off. Well dealing with mike at highway tire is just like having that friend! I’ve taken all my cars there over the past few years and have had exceptional service. I even take my race car there for alignments! I can trust mike and highway tire 100% for quality work, even when I’m going 130 mph down the back straightaway!!!

Great job by this shop! Brought 2 tires leaking on the beads. The guys pulled the tires from the rims, cleaned the rims with a wire wheel, sealed the beads and re-balanced the tires. All in 15 minutes! Quality work. Some shops would spray glue on the bead and re-seat the bead for quick buck!

After shopping in Jersey, I came out to a totally flat tire. I pulled into the first place I saw but was informed it would be an hour or more wait tme. I had my elderly Mother as well as two children in the car. A wonderful man, Michael Hartman came out and fixed it in 20 mins. It's nice to know that there are people who are willing to go the extra mile. Thanks for great customer service.
