Went there to get some exhaust work done and Nick at the counter was amazing. They were very busy and he still found a way to fit me in very quickly. And he said Logan was the tech that did a good job fixing my problem. Good place to go and great customer service.

Definitely deserve a 5 star rating. Called them later in the day with a battery problem with my 2020 Mercedes Benz Cla 250 and they got me in right away and had the car back to perfect in under an hour and a half. The guys are cool and super helpful and I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone in the area that needs some car work done

Simple online shopping. Simple appointment making on the phone. Walked in 10 minutes early, friendly young man welcomed us and gave us a "done time". We returned 10 minutes early and the car was ready within 5 minutes. Smooth, easy, pleasant for all. Would recommend.

Easy to set up an appointment. Though calling the day before, they were accommodating to adding a much needed new battery. Professional and pleasant. Great communication regarding work and cost approval before incurring the expense. Great team!

Just wanted to say the Nick is the real MVP! He was very courteous and kept checking on me to provide me with time checks. You guys have a gem here! He fit me in and made sure my car was in working condition prior to leaving. I wish all people I run into that works on vehicles has his honesty and drive. Definitely, a customer for life!

I went here for the first time because of a deal I found on Groupon for brakes. Let me tell you, the two gentlemen that work the front desk was so welcoming, kind, caring & considerate. I was told by a previous mechanic I needed to change my brakes ASAP. When I came here, they told me I had at least 40% left. They didn’t have to tell me that as I would have been non the wiser but they did!!!!! It just shows they care about their customers. I will be coming here for now on!!! Thank you Midas for being exceptional!!! You made my day :)

This is an amazing place to go.
It is one of the best experience I ever had in a mecanic shop. The staff is friendly and is very professional. They fixed my car in the day, and did not overcharge the labor. They took time to answer my specific questions. I thought Midas was only taking care of tires and brakes…. But they fixes my engine in No time.
I recommand this place.

Even before I moved to New Jersey; Midas was my go-to auto shop. The service is not only always quicker than the average shop, but it's also top-notch. The team was cool and professional. They also had me in and out within the hour. Any other shop would have had me waiting an hour and a half or more. The service I came in for was a full synthetic oil change for my hyundai veloster. I will definitely be coming back again.

This Midas location was a top notch experience for me. I started off looking for an oil change deal for the old Buick. Quick, cheap, in & out, which led me to a Groupon Midas deal. So I call Lumberton Midas and Josh says "dont worry about going through all that, just screenshot the deal and come in and we'll match it(was like $26), I already have you down for tomorrow, its a good day to come in."
He wasn't wrong. I show up, Nick is working. He says dont even worry about the Groupon, our in house deal is better. And it was by a couple bucks. Which hey nowadays for some of us, that's another meal. He got the car in shortly after I arrived, bing bang boom oil is changed. Of course its a business and Nick showed me "hey your fluids are getting close to kaput, its time for a flush, I can do it right now." He took it on the chin like a pro when I refused. Maybe in the future when I get back on track, absolutely. A man needs a good garage when he sadly doesnt have one of his own anymore. And man they can be hard to find.
This praise is all simply because they treated me like a human being, not another sale. Good dudes man, good dudes. And of course a shout out to the guys in the bays. IDK them, but they are clearly the result of good leadership from these guys.
TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE WHENEVER YOU NEED HELP WITH IT. Youse guys will be alright.

Excellent service. For someone who know nothing about cars, they did not at any time try to rip me off. Nick is amazing - explained everything patiently to me. Norm on phone was friendly. Will be my go to place from now on.

Wanted a leveling kit installed on my 4Runner. Worked over the phone with Nick and Norm to get just the right kit. Tony, the tech, did a great job and answered all of my questions…Great job fellas!
