It's James again, when I say I love this dealership. I love them and rock with them heavy. Bought 2 cars from them in under 2 months. And loving both of my cars. This time I picked up a nicely loaded literally fully loaded 2015 Nissan Pathfinder for my lady. Ben was the sales person on this deal and again he did everything before I got there just like Rosie did on my Accord. When I arrived, gave me a dealer tag and said go test drive it. Of course I knew I was going to like it and took it home. Thanks again guys !!!!

This dealership was outstanding. I spoke with Rosie a little bit after they opened for the day about a 2014 Honda Accord V6. She gave me all of the details on the car without me even asking. I simply asked what do I need to do to drive away in this car today. She explained everything to me, literally took care of all the paperwork before I got there. And when I arrived, she greeted me with a smile. Told me take the car for a test drive alone allowing me to truly focus on the car. Got back to the dealership, signed the papers and was ready to go. She even parked the car somewhere where I could pick it up after hours. I'm very happy with my new car and couldn't be happier with the outstanding professionalism I received from this dealership. No pressure quality used car dealership who stands behind their products. Replaced windshield that had a very small chip and fuel sensor a few weeks after purchase. I highly recommend.

Friendly place and honest people. There was zero pressure to but the car wasn’t lik they weee forcing you at all. I purchased a hard to find, low mileage, 2002 Chevy Silverado from Starrz Auto at the beginning of July 2022. I had to fly from Tennessee, where I live, and rent a car to make it there. My experience there was nothing short of spectacular. They first brought out the truck so I could really open all the doors and give it a good inspection. I was also able to talk to one of the staff members about all the maintenance they had done and condition of the truck. I was impressed by the meticulousness of the inspection and subsequent repairs Starrz Auto had performed to ensure the safety and quality of the vehicle I purchased and would be relying on drive 9 and a half hours back to Tennessee. The purchase was pleasant and went very smoothly. Throughout the whole process the staff ensured I was taken care of. They offered me plenty of water (it was a very hot day), filled my gas tank so I was ready for my long drive and even helped me get my rental car returned. I couldn't imagine a better experience purchasing a used car and I would highly recommend Starrz Auto to anyone looking to purchase a used car from a trustworthy dealer that values it's customers.
