Mavis Discount Tire

I had an amazing experience here earlier today. Yesterday I went to a different automotive store to get my tire fixed to which they told me it was irreparable and had me buy a new tire only for them to say that they were closing so they wouldn’t put the tire on my car yesterday. Flash forward to today I walked into Mavis asking if they would replace the tire for me and Denny took me right in and not only looked at my car, but also fixed my original tire so I could return the other one and get my money back. Denny is awesome and extremely gracious for helping me out. My tire was not irreparable and just needed to be plugged. Will definitely be returning to this place from now on. The rest of the staff was great as well and they even fixed my TPMS sensors for me. They care about their customers and don’t try and get you to purchase things just for a profit. Thank you guys!

Denny is awesome! I had looming service issues and he kindly worked with me to get pricing within a fair range to my budget. I was kept informed about my vehicle right from the start. Amazing, friendly customer service! He happened to recognize me coming in to pick up my vehicle just by my voice. He and his team go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend!

Wow, talk about great service! We had gotten a flat tire on the highway on the way to our friend’s engagement and were in a pinch. We called mavis discount tire 20 minutes before close on a Saturday to see if they could put a new tire on the car. They fit us in and changed the tire in record speed and at a great rate. They really saved the day for us and we couldn’t be more thankful to them for saving the day. Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. 10/10

I got a flat tire on the way down the shore this weekend and found Mavis! I brought it in and they were able to get my car fixed within an hour in a half! The staff was very nice and made sure I got the 5 star treatment!

Originally came in to have a tire plugged. Spoke with Mike (supervisor) first and stated the tire was stripped and it would no longer be safe to drive so in good conscience could not just plug the tire. Gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Later spoke with Denny who informed me that part of my steering was compromised and that it was no longer safe to drive around with this particular type of damage. He too gave me a discount as well, understanding that this was not what I originally budgeted for. Both were friendly, personable and wanted to only provide quality work and above all safety. My car is a family car and even though I walked away paying more than I originally had planned on spending, I did not feel like I was being hustled for extra expenses. I knew I would be getting back a vehicle that I could safely drive me and my girls around. Both service and its recommendations were completed in about 2hrs. Would recommend this establishment, particularly these two individuals as well as their staff on the shift any day.

This place is awesome. The people are really nice. They may make you smile and laugh and they get you in as fast as I can. I love this place. I ain’t from here my first time here and there are some great people.

I’ve been here twice and both times the staff was outstanding. I brought it in one day for a plug as I had a leak in my tire and they let me know it was booked up but they would do it as soon as they could and asked if I needed it back by any certain time. I was off that day and let them know. About 8 hours later I get a call it’s ready and they gave me the patch for free because it had taken so long. Today, after driving on the old and patched tire for 3 years, I finally decided it was time to get a new one and they let me know my options for available tires and price points and were so nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning again.

Denny was amazing. I came in with a popped tire. Denny explained everything to me very clearly, he was very friendly and my tire was replaced very fast. I didn’t have an appointment so I was happy with how fast everything was. Thank you Denny! And thank you Mavis.

Denny was awesome!! He was very accommodating and gave me a good deal on 3 tires, tpms rebuild, and insurance on the tires. I would definitely recommend Mavis in EHT due to the friendliness and speed of service.

Friday night on Memorial Day weekend at 5 minutes to closing, we pull our vehicle into Mavis Tire on the Black Horse Pike with a flat tire. Denny was a gem. He fixed our tire so we could safely arrive home. We were so grateful and relieved. I would recommend going there for all of your automotive needs. Ask for Denny.

Had a great experience. Staff was friendly and the process was super quick and easy. I normally hate going to mechanics but it ended up being less than what I had in mind and the timing it took to replace 4 tires probably took the same amount of time I’ve waited for an oil change at other places

I stopped by Mavis to see if there was any availability for me to get an oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t have an appointment. Benny squeezed me in and the Mavis employees serviced my vehicle quickly. Very flexible, courteous and efficient.

From out of town , went here for a brake inspection had some crazy noises and thought I was gonna be put through hell to get it fixed. Been to a lot of other shops and I have denied services because of the outrageous price and they let me walk away . Denny a awesome honest mechanic on the other hand wasn’t okay with that , MADE sure that I understood that it’s a safety thing that he was more concerned about letting me back on the road with that neglect. Was super understanding and fit the services within my budget. Thank you Denny!

AMAZING shop. The people there are beyond caring and care for you car like it’s their own. Denny especially is amazing and so kind. I will now recommend this location to my friends and family. I came in to get two new tires. They did a great job but what I thought was more amazing was what I overheard while waiting. A young woman needed significant work to her car and couldn’t afford it. They worked with her to get the price down to where she was able to get her car fixed and safe for her and her kids. They were super understanding and really helped her. You don’t see that a lot these days. They are great people and do great work.

This is the first time I've had work done on my car and I didn't feel like I was being up-sold. Denny was fully transparent on any issues that were found and took the time to explain the cause as well, which I truly appreciated. Customer service was excellent and everyone was so friendly!

Danny, Drake (I could be wrong on his name), and one other guy (in glasses) helped me out very last minute and got me some good pricing on all four of my tires, replaced them, brought up an issue I wasn’t aware of, gave me a great price and fixed that too. They were awesome and very accommodating. I go hear for just about everything :)

Super helpful! It was 4:30 and my battery was dead and I had to work early the next morning. I spoke to Mike and he said not to worry and they could help me. The tow truck didn’t get to them until after 6 and they close at 8, but the mechanics worked hard to take care of the battery and checked to make sure nothing else was wrong before I left. Mike explained the process throughout so I knew what to expect. I cannot thank them enough.
