Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

This is our 3rd purchase from Bob's Discount Furniture store. We went in and was greeted by Peter. He asked if he could assist us, we said we're looking for a twin bed, mattress set & a dresser. He walked us over directly to the bedroom furniture and assisted us in getting what we wanted. The funny thing is my husband & my son was relaxing on these beautiful leather sofas & recliners and next thing you know we bought the set, a wall console & the 8x10 area rug. I was approved for their financing and they will deliver, set up in a week. It's called the white glove treatment is free if you purchase more than $2000 if not it is a $150 delivery charge. We also bought the 5 year warranty for everything and that was $600. Bob's Discount Furniture store has an Outlet section that has alot of stuff mostly mixed matched but these reduced items are like a cash & carry.

I am very satisfied with my experience at the store. John was the salesman that helped me and he was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price. The entire staff from my initial call to John and then his manager who reviewed my purchase made this a pleasant experience and I will definitely return for future needs.

My salesman Rocco was awesome! He was a huge help, very knowledgeable, and kind. He'll be my person every time I need new furniture!

We had an amazing experience shopping for several items. Rocco, our salesman was the best salesperson that we ever dealt with. He was listening to our needs and making suggestions. Pointing out pros and cons when we were trying to make choices. He is easy to talk to, and was very calm while listening to our concerns. He is Gracious, respectful and very helpful. Also Bobs has a great selection of nice furniture. We will be back looking for Rocco.

I've gotten two pieces from Bob's and I've never been disappointed. I went straight back to clearance because I can't afford the stuff in the front, and found what I was looking for. The young man who helped me was kind and I had his full attention.

Alejandro was a great sales person to work with. He tried many ways to make me n my fiance happy during the process of selecting our new furniture. I promise when you go to bobs ask for him.

We had an amazing experience as soon as we entered the door! We were greeted by a nice gentleman named Rocco who took care of our questions and helped us pick out a lovely dining set. He was very kind, helpful, patient and very professional! We had our infant daughter and he made it very accommodating. Overall great experience. We recommend Rocco to lend you a hand, he’s extremely knowledgeable and professional. Huge selection and nice place to shop with nice employees.

We went there looking for a recliner for my husband and the guy at the outlet listened to what we were looking for and help us get great recliner for my husband. Keep up the good work. We will be back.

Great service. Great salesman, K, just K. He went over all our options, answered every question. Not rushed. The rest of the staff was there for support. We shopped most furniture stores in our area, but purchased at Bob’s.

Went in looking for a new dining room table and was greeted very nicely by a gentleman named John, he wasn’t one of those pushy salesman he simply told me what I needed to know and said if I needed anything he’d be happy to help and personally that’s what I like. After finding something I asked for his assistance and he was more than accommodating. Now I’m just waiting for my delivery to come, hopefully everything goes well with that too so I don’t have to come back and edit my review

You have one of the best sales man in your discount section. I came to buy 3 pieces and he sold me 7. I had to hurry up and leave before he sold me the entire section with his salesmanship. He could have sold me my own pocket book. I’m bringing my daughter to buy some furniture if he is there. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I 10/10 recommend anybody to come shop at Bob’s , I walked into Bob’s originally intending to window shop. I walked around and ended up finding a bunk bed that caught my eye. After speaking to Alejandro i ended up getting the bed for a deal i could not walk away from, & with the help of Ryan i also couldn’t walk away without signing up for their credit card that offered me 0 interest financing for a year!

Very happy with my first experience at Bob’s. Peter was an excellent sales person, no pressure and was very helpful in showing me everything that I wanted to look at. All the staff I dealt with were were also very courteous. I will definitely be back.

I wish i could give more then five stars for this review. Me and my girlfriend went down to the bob's today to purchase a couch since we just moved, I must say from walking into the store to leaving was such a wonderful experience especially with our salesman John A we can't say enough about him he was absolutely amazing! From him asking what our needs were to showing us multiple products to us purchancing the couch! He is so nice and has a great sence of humor making the whole process super easy and relaxed we would recommend him to anyone! Everyone at this location is so nice and makes you feel like family! The manager was amazing as well he was so friendly also asking us if we were finding everything ok and as we were leaving he Said welcome to the Bob's family the whole overall experience was exceptional I wish more businesses were like Bob's discount furniture of mays landing!!! I hope the right people see this and give the Recognition John A, the manager, and the whole team should get!!

Ryan in the outlet department was great to work with! Very diligent with helping me pick out the furniture and great follow up. He called me to tell me he found me a mattress to fit my sofa bed. I small sale for him but very important to me. He knows the meaning of customer service!! He should be promoted! Great guy! Hard to find!

It was me and my husband’s first time in Bob’s furniture. Juanita help us through everything she is one of the sales people . She was very professional and personable she made our experience great . We ended up buying a bed the transition went smoothly. And we also had a lot of laughs. We will be visiting bobs again .

I worked with Kay, Stan, The store manager and the outlet staff as well as the guys that load the stuff for you from the outlet store and all I can say is that the store is top-notch customer service, and they truly care about everyone who walks in their door! This was the best furniture purchase experience I’ve ever had! You can tell that the management staff must be really great with their employees because their employees truly seem to love their job! Thank you for all the help to everyone in your store. I would recommend you guys 100%!!!

Wow, what a great furniture store.
So many beautiful pieces it was so hard to choose. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and uniqueness of the furniture at Bob's...the commercial doesn't do it justice. You have to see the place for yourself.

In fact I had already chosen a sofa from another store online, had it saved in my cart and decided to just make a quick stop in to Bob's to eliminate any options here.

Well 2 hours later I had selected a beautiful sectional sofa with a chaise, a matching rug, a kitchen table and chairs and a TV armoire...oh and a lamp and end table! With their interest free financing I just couldn't help myself :)

The salesman, Patrick, was extremely helpful and patient, carrying pieces from one end of the huge showroom to the other to ensure my choices matched.

Truly beautiful, quality and unique furniture here and quick delivery, my items should arrive in 4 days.

I'll post again when I receive my new furniture.
