A quick tasty treat, if you want a pretzel.

How can a food place run out of napkins? Now not to this location but their dips come less than half full and you pay a dollar for it. The pretzels are good don't get me wrong. This place needs more help during the holiday season lines are long and it takes forever to get things.

It sure would be nice if the hours were posted. Or better yet, if it opened at 10am when the Mall does.

I was just at this location yesterday, and the cashier I got was extremely rude! She looked to have no customers service skills at all. She didn’t even try to be nice and give me my pretzel. While getting my pretzel out of the box. She, was looking at me weird, and with attitude while she getting my pretzel. I could tell she hated me for no reason. It was not a good customer service experience with the cashier. I would appreciate it if management fix this issue!

I bought some pretzels for my Mum and Daughter, they couldn't eat the Pretzels so I tried it... but they were so bitter and rubbery for some reasons.... i noticed it was burnt but I always managed to eat them ... however this one was not edible... so I took them back... but the guy told me he couldn't do anything about it
And was so rude and arrogant about it... I was in total shock so I left the Pretzels for them to keep and left... I have been A customer for a long time... but no more the lady that runs the place is very pleasant but that's not enough if you have rude workers.

Asked for a CHEESE PIZZA was given pepperoni instead. I also asked for a large lemonade and was charged $4.49 even though sign says $4.19, sadly it was mostly ice and I also pointed it out and cashier was like oh yea we know that and wouldn't fix it. Receipt clearly says cheese pizza

Virtually impossible to get a jalpeno pretzle. Never available, unless you wish to wait an hour and a half.
Not been able to get one in over a year when i come to the mall.
Not even going to bother even trying anymore.
