Macy's

Came here a few days ago and it’s a very big and nice Macy’s. There were lots of sales going on because of it being the week after Christmas which was really cool. The employees were very nice and helpful especially those in the fragrance section which was great. They also have a nice selection of jewelry too.

Clean. Nice selection of clearance shoes in various sizes. Great place to test out a new perfume as they are one of the few places you can sample a scent prior to purchasing.

I always have a great experience. The sales people are helpful and kind. P they're usually great deals on quality products. Doesn't hurt that the Frango mints are the best!

FYI alot of people don't know that Macy's have a second floor where you can shop for children's such as clothes,shoes and toys. They also keep some furniture/mattresses on the second floor as well. Definitely check it out.

My favorite store!!!! Always find what I want, always find what's on sale, great staff, and with Friends & Family going on, the prices are even better!!! Love Macy's! Know wonder the real Santa chose Macy's!!!!❤❤❤

Macy's is still a beautiful store with a good selection of better quality clothes. The sale prices make shopping more fun!

Still a great store although struggling to survive with all the online competition.

Very friendly and helpful. I was looking for perfume for my wife and the salesperson helped me pick out a couple of selections.

Ryan and Sue in the shoe department were absolutely wonderful. Helping us look for a shoe that was in the store but was probably misplaced due to someone else trying it on is above and beyond service. I told them it was a gift for my mom and they were absolutely on it from the start. My girlfriend and I were genuinely shocked at how good the service was. We got the 7.5 we were looking for!!! God bless them and give them a raise!!!

I needed several items for my sons upcoming wedding. I found everything I needed at Macys! Either in the store or via Macys online. If I didn’t want to keep what I received from my online order it was very easy to do a return at the store with my receipts. The woman at the Customer Service desk by the store entrance was very nice and helpful as well!
The man in the shoe department was such a big help!
The woman in the Backstage Dept was also very nice!
The woman in the gown department held onto about 15 dresses for us so we could go upstairs to use the restrooms and not have to drag 15 large formal gowns with us!
The man at the jewelry counter went on his own cell phone to look up a piece of jewelry we were looking for to match the jewelry we were buying.
Every department we went to we were met with more than helpful Macys employees!!!
I couldn’t be happier! Also, I found about 90% of what I needed for my sons wedding at Macys. It was literally a one stop one store shopping experience which is great!

It is also a great place to shop. Staff is very nice and very helpful.

Great sales on end of season merchandise which is awesome because when I got to the register everything I bought was on a bigger sale than what it was priced where am I getting shirts for 4.98 and brand name

I love Macy's always have. The clothes are beautiful and Star money adds up fast. The workers are hard working and helpful.

Very clean and kids friendly mall. Not as big, but everything conveniently located. You can even rent "kids car"- shopping cart. Fun for them, piece of mind for you:)

Our Toms River Macys is wonderful great product, prices and amazing employees who’s treating you like a family!!

Well stocked and convenient and reasonable priced well worth the trip
