Vacation Rentals LBI (VRLBI)

Wow, great experience using VRLBI to rent our new home (#2834). We were new to the seasonal rental market, but all weeks rented the first year, and all the tenants were very respectful. Can't wait till next year to make more family memorys. Thanks Duane, it's so easy to navigate your site.

I have had great success renting my Surf City Beach House (vrlbi 2713) using the VRLBI website. It's so easy to use, I have no need to work with a realtor and that's a big financial savings! There are "how to" videos that cover all my questions. In addition, Duane provides landlords with great insights and advice in his monthly emails.

My whole experience of listing with VRLBI has been stress free. I was able to rent all the weeks I wanted to and all of the renters so far have been very considerate of my home, #2622. Highly recommend VRLBI.

The fee is reasonable, the site is easy to use and when I've had a question I get a response in reasonable time. I have been a landlord using VRLBI for years now. My rentals are mostly filled by VRLBI customers! I appreciate the ability to communicate directly with renters and make sure that they will be a great match for my properties. Duane, the VRLBI owner is alway available to answer any questions about the website. We even discuss the best rental strategy for the properties. Our customers appreciate the value that they get by dealing directly with us as the owners, instead of messaging through a booking website. Smart landlords will take advantage of the VRLBI site.

I left VRBO many years ago when that website took the control away from the owner to see if the potential renter was a good fit. In addition VRBO started charger the renter and the owner fees / tax etc. More importantly, VRLBI is a family owned business and they care about their customers. They have the personal touch that is unmatched with the support when needed. Both Duane and Whitney are true professionals. I always get all the bookings that I could ever ask for, There is no need to use any other booking service ever. The website offers all that any owner or renter could ever ask for! I have been with them for over 12 years now and would go nowhere else ever!

The best website for LBI rentals. It is nice to have a local option to those national websites. As a owner, I also appreciate that you pay for the advertisement itself and not a commission on each rental. Other vacation rental websites prevent any kind of phone communication with the renter prior to the rental, out of fear that users would try to deal outside the platform to avoid the commission. This made those other websites unusable for my father, who likes to talk to tenants prior to renting.

The best thing I've done since buying the house was join VRLBI.
Duane was extremely helpful about details and how to list my house. Forget any of the other sites(vrbo, airbnb etc...) VRLBI is the easiest to use and most reasonable for renting your house.

Using VRLBI as an owner is an excellent way to showcase my home for rent on LBI. Also it's a way for prospective tenants to view, book with confidence and save booking fees as well.

VRLBI is a great way to market your LBI property. It allows the owners and renters to deal directly with each other instead of going through a middleman (which is the case with VRBO).

VRLBI is great. I have been using for several years to rent my house in Harvey Cedars. VRLBI is substantially better other websites. VRLBI is easy to use, cost less and Duane is very helpful.

I was fortunate to have bought my house on LBI in the early days of VRLBI (VRLBI Property #156) and watched its popularity explode with both owners and renters. I sell out every year and have saved countless $ in Realtors fees over the years. Website is very easy to navigate for owners and renters.

VRLBI is the only way to rent in LBI. Simple process, layout of listings is easy to navigate. Highly recommend using VRLBI to list or rent!!
