Food was absolutely delicious ‼‼ I couldn’t ask for more. The crab cake was made from real crab meat and was fried to perfection. The salmon was delicious and perfectly tender. Will definitely be returning when in the city for vacation. Can’t wait to see the lounge coming soon !! Great customer service as well !! Very welcoming staff!!

I just moved nearby and wanted to check this joint out-I've seen many people coming out with "to go's" so to speak...looked up the menu and was in shock-that they're open late with a decent menu...ordered the chopped cheese steak, collards and my husband got a chicken sandwich...10 outta 10...not sure if the man at the counter was the owner, but he was extremely welcoming. I'll be back consistently!!!

Don’t let the looks of this place deter you. Gets very busy in there lots of local friendlies because the food is banging. Yes you might have to wait but it’s worth it Food is amazing fresh delicious Rasta pasta and fried chicken amazing good crust and open super late for a night bite.

Amazing customer service. Everyone is extremely friendly, Great atmosphere and family owned. The food is so good We come all the way from Philly not to gamble but to get empanadas and seafood and to play a free game of pool while we wait. They are always holding events for children and people in the community which is just beautiful. I forgot to mention they are open till 4am and deliver till 3am. So, if your needing home cooked comfort food at a reasonable price, Tha Afty is your spot

This food was amazing. I’m not sure what happened to other people who left bad reviews but the food was great to me. I ordered late at night and when it came it was fresh and hot. The oxtail quesadilla was the best, I highly recommend.

I went up to Atlantic City to celebrate my husband's birthday. While there, we quickly realized the restaurants were overpriced for what they were serving. So we started looking around and found the afty. I thought it was too good to be true.
We ordered at 2:15AM. I got the fried lobster and shrimp platter. The food got there about 30 minutes later delivered by the Co owner and she was sooo kind and helpful.
The food was hot and it smelled amazing. Everything was bomb. Real baked Mac and cheese, the lobster was juicy and tender. And the butter sauce was seasoned too, yum. The shrimp were delicious and plump, Asparagus was well coated in garlic. I LOVED every second of it and I will be returning every time I got to AC.

First time in Atlantic City and we ordered dinner from Tha Afty last night. Everything was absolutely delicious. The salmon was super fresh and cooked to perfection. The catfish bites and all the sides were fantastic. We ordered on DoorDash. Our order was accurate and arrived quickly. Would highly recommend this place!

Food was delicious.. my burger was on point and my husband ain't leave a corner with his wings beans n rice and greens ..
Coming from VA when and if we come bk we will definitely be coming bk to that spot ..
Both females were very pleasant and made sure we had all our food and condiments..

Oxtail cheesesteak was really good just to spicy and peppers cut too big but overall I love the food definitely a place I would recommend to my family and friends! The owner was very nice and she was very accommodating! A+ service!

This place is awesome! Their food is excellent. Being from Minnesota I try to search out local businesses and food when traveling. I was excited to try "The Afty" didn't know what to expect. They greatly exceeded my expectations. Just be aware the prices are deceiving in a great way, way more food than I expected! Ordered some empanadas, they were excellent, along with a catfish sandwich which was excellent and a crab cake grilled cheese which no words can describe! But once again be careful lol. The portions are much bigger than expected, great value. For $40 you can easily feed 4 people. The catfish sandwich was an entire fillet, not a tiny little piece of fish. Got to talk to the couple that are the owners, great people, with a great small business. Glad I found them. Next time I'm in AC, I will most definitely be back!

Not only did I used to cook here but still support their vision. The food is good. I ordered the 3 Colossal shrimp and 2pc. fish my sides are seafood salad and yams. Boiiii my whole meal was the bomb.. Keep up the good work. Will definitely support and refer others.

I was in Atlantic City for a concert and was staying overnight. Looking for something to eat before the concert I chose Tha Afty on Doordash. I ordered a whiting dinner with mac and yams as the side, garlic honey salmon (same two sides) and a shrimp quesadilla. I got the food and everything was right except for the quesadilla. All they sent was an order of shrimp. Nonetheless we ate the food and everything was amazing. The food was so good came back from the concert and ordered again. This time I selected the shrimp quesadilla but put In the special request box that I want a quesadilla with shrimp not just an order of shrimp (I think there is a glitch with the ordering on Doordash). I ordered the fried lobster with colossal shrimp and Mac and rice and beans as side, and the crab cake balls. This time my order arrived with the quesadilla but they messed up on one of my sides. Instead of rice and beans I got collard greens. But again we just went in on the food. Super delicious second time around too. Everything packaged well and nice and hot. Food so good didn't even get a chance to take a picture. I just know anytime I'm in AC I'll be ordering from here. Forget the boardwalk pizza lol. Normally I would be upset with the mess ups but even the stuff I didn't order was good. They just need to pay more attention to the order details but other than that some of the best food in AC for sure. Oh and did I mention they are open till like two in the morning?!?!

Amazing food! Came from New York looking for something to eat and wow I’m happy I came across this GEM! Wings hands down are the best wings I’ve had in NJ. The strawberry banana dessert was just out of this world! MUST TRY!!!!!

So came to Atlantic City for a friend’s birthday they wanted to order some soul food everything was closed at12. We spotted the afty EVERYTHING we ordered was good so Mac n cheese,fried whiting,collard greens. THE EMPANADAS!!!! Ugggh the seafood excellent and baked Mac with sweet potatoes 👌🏽. My to go when I come back.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? Very delicious, and I know good food. Highly recommend, can’t wait to return to eat it again. Honestly, I’m only on this page because the food was so good I had to see what the restaurant looked like lol

The food was amazing. We ate empanadas, chicken cheese steak and cheese steak, all were cooked to perfection and seasoned to perfection. Try it yourself and see what we experienced. Wish we had this in my town.

First time eating here got catfish nugget, rice and beans with yams it was sooo good delivery was quick. I went to the actual restaurant the next day and tried the whiting empanadas and Mac & cheese great place and prices can't wait to come back

Great late-night option after a night out or if you have a taste for some food that you can truly enjoy. Fresh, tasty ingredients. Cooked with love & soul, just how food should be. 10/10 - Highly recommend and then some.

We had noticed they forgot to put the extra chicken in one of our orders and they were awesome and quickly offered to send us the difference right to us via cashapp. We are very pleased with their all around service. We love eating here!
