Came into Norma’s this evening and had the most wonderful dress shopping experience with my daughter. Norma is a one-of-a-kind woman.

Let me tell you, this is the place! Ms. Norma is amazing. So helpful. So genuine and so kind. We had looked everywhere for a prom dress. Nothing. Drove to Normas and WHAT A SELECTION AND SERVICE TO GO WITH IT!!! I’m telling you ladies, they have anywhere from children to large plus size which we appreciate so much! Not every woman is a size 4! Ms. Norma thank you for hours of endless help and service with a beautiful smile. We will be back! 💚💚

Norma & Mr J are wonderful people whom will go out of thier way to make sure you get what you need.Our family had used them for years for various occasions from multiple kids Proms, quienceneras, and weddings.They are the very best in the business in the surrounding area.

Norma us fine of the sweetest, kindest people you can meet. She is very helpful and knows her stuff. She was able to pick my daughter in laws dress first one she tried on just by telling her what she was looking for. I would recommend her to everyone!!! My son got his tuxedo here for prom as well and they were amazing with him as well.

Mr. J was great with Sean. Getting him sized for his ring bearer tux was fast and easy. Mr. J made Sean feel very special and answered all his questions and was very patient with him. So glad we came here. Excellent quality, such nice people and great prices compared to Branson and Springfield. Can't brag enough on the great service we got today. Thank you Mr. J for a great experience getting Sean in his first tux.

The best tuxedo rental anyone could ask for. Both last year and this year, the tux was amazing. Great fits both times. They really pay attention to every minor detail and concern.

We love normas we were just there last Saturday and she is always as sweet as can be and so helpful. Her dresses are amazing all different styles and are beautiful and she reasonably priced this is our 3rd dress from her and we will be going there for our youngest daughter's prom dress too ❤

I don't quite understand the below review by "MIne Recommendation." The other reviews clearly define the excellent customer service, product and pricing at Norma's Inline Fashions. Anyone who shops at this store is aware that there is no Jim working there. The owners of this store are never rude. They go out of their way to be helpful and give the best prices possible to their customers. Why would someone enter such a rude review unless they are supporting another bridal and tux store? Shame on you!

My granddaughter and I spent 5 hrs in Springfield today shopping for prom dresses. Did not find what she wanted. Went to Normas and the selection was tremendous and someone there to help us too. We found the perfect dress. Normas has so many more dresses to choose from .. more than any other store we visited today. Thank you so much.
