Hampton Inn & Suites St. Louis/South I-55

I had a very nice stay here over Christmas. Every employee I encountered was friendly. The breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet enough. Nice, well lit parking lot too. The shower could maybe have a bit more water pressure, but it wasn't too bad. All in all, best place I've stayed at in a long time.

The staff I encountered presented as professional and helpful. The room didn't disappoint - everything worked fine and looked new. All amenities were as expected.

ALSO Noted: This is another Hampton that defies Hilton's order to discontinue Dark and Light Roast Coffees on offer in the lobby (that taste great), as part of the new "offer less charge more" policy, and switch to only a taste-free (blah) Regular blend - these rebel Hamptons rock!

Clean and comfortable. We did notice the floors were loud, but we were grateful for courteous guests above us. Small workout room, the expected quality breakfast. Extra thanks to housekeeping for alerting us that we left an item behind and to the staff that helped us.

Rooms here always very clean and updated. Service is always done with the smile and we appreciate the breakfast and the coffee and water throughout the day. Location is also very convenient off of interstate 55 as well as a very safe and protected parking lot.

We stayed at this hotel while in town for my mothers funeral. The staff was amazing! The care and compassion that they showed for our family was touching in so many ways. The staff that ran the breakfast were genuine in providing the best service. Before we left they gave us a signed sympathy card. It really touched our whole family. Highly suggest this as a place to stay and will be back! Thank you for going the extra mile!

Excellent rooms and staff. Very clean and quiet. My kid loved the nighttime cookies and milk and asked if he could just stay there forever. Breakfast has good choices and was plentiful. This location was very good for us. Right off I-55 and easy to get to downtown.

Excellent room. Very clean and neat. Check in and check out both as easy as possible. Bed was good-maybe a bit soft for my taste but that's just my personal opinion. Only issue was the noise from the indoor pool. For whatever reason some people think that it's their God-given duty to scream at the top of their lungs. Other than that no issues of any kind. Will definitely stay here again if and when we return to the area. But we will ask for a room further away from the pool!

Decent room, pretty clean... Okay in all categories: mattress (not the usual I'm used to with Hilton hotels but not bad), water pressure, quiet, room & bathroom size/lighting/outlets, TV, front desk rep (not rude, but not exactly polite), free internet speed. Had a slight musty odor but got acclimated quick. Digital key did not work. Location & parking were great. Little outdated in decor but just needed a descent place to lay my head overnight.

This hotel is a 10 out of 10! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms and common areas are exceptionally clean. The breakfast was very well done. In a time when so many places are cutting back on things, this place went above and beyond. Ending with the warm cookies and milk every night!

Very clean, lovely room, excellent and very friendly staff and close to our destination medical center. Great breakfast, coffee n tea, etc. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced

Occasionally you run across a place that hits all the top points!! The staff were friendly and accommodating. Very welcoming. The room exceeded expectations! It was spacious and very clean. Our Lab mix dog was on her first trip with us and the staff LOVED her and wanted to greet her and pet her. They made us feel so welcomed. In addition to the full breakfast offered, the location was perfect with several restaurants nearby. Also, it was convenient for easy access to many hiking trails.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. The location was right off the interstate which made it very convenient during my travel. The rooms were large and the beds very comfortable.

The general manager Jermaine was absolutely fantastic, very accommodating and overall just a fabulous person. We arrived in a semi truck and trailer helped us with parking. We will definitely stay at this location again. The 2 women that serve the cookies from 8 to 9 on August 4. Very nice friendly friendly and the cookies were darn good.

If you are visiting the St Louis area this is the best place to stay. This hotel is the only one i prefer to stay at. The hotel is always clean and tidy. They make sure all my needs are met with a smile. We have exceptional family time at the heated pool and follow up in our pjs for fresh baked cookies and milk. Complimentary breakfast is delightful but if you gotta run they make to go breakfast bags! Honestly hands down the best hotel my family has ever been too....

I had a great 5 day stay at the Hampton on I-55 South. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, honestly I cannot remember a more friendly staff at a hotel. The continental breakfast was fresh every morning and Karen was very nice and kept a clean area. The location was convenient to get on the interstate(s) if you need to stay in south St. Louis. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

The hotel staff was super friendly and always available to help! The room was very clean! We loved that they had an indoor pool even though we were not able to utilize this trip. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed for four nights to attend a funeral. The room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was great everyday. Cookies at night is a great deal. (Although they could have been a little less crispy). One of the friendliest staffs I've ever encountered. Great place.
