Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. Louis South - I-55, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is amazing. The staff member, Hailey, that helped us was exceptional at her job. We came in here upset and frustrated after leaving a different hotel reservation due to uncleanliness. She helped us get a room, reassured us of it's cleanliness and overall was kind and knowledgeable. She even told us about cookie hour!!! How much better can a hotel be other than getting a warm cookie and milk after a 16 hour drive. The room is exceptional and clean. The pool is nice and we will be coming back here if we come this way again in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

One of the better holiday inn expresses I have stayed at. Staff was great, breakfast was fantastic, room was clean and quiet. No complaints, all positive. Pool was nice also. Cookie hour was very nice also.

Clean, mostly quiet even in a room right by the elevator, the breakfast was amazing, the pool area smelled almost too strongly of chlorine but took that as a sign it was at least super clean, nothing in the room was malfunctioning and we had everything we needed, felt safe

Convenient location and great hospitality! Staff was kind, beds were super comfy and the breakfast was hot and delicious. Definitely will come back and stay when in town

Side note to management , they really need to look into the breakfast thing it is the same every day.

Perfect location. The staff were super helpful. Had to rent a room for my son because of a funeral. They worked with me to make it happen. They were so professional I was impressed.

My family stayed here one night for a local doctor's appointment. We couldn't be happier with the room, the staff, or the amenities. Breakfast was good and we were able to arrange checking out slightly late due to weather. Our room was huge and the whole hotel was extremely quiet and clean.

My family and I stay 3 nights, 4 days. The staff is very professional, our room was clean and the location was great. This property makes us want to stay at Holiday Inn s.

Clean, comfortable, and safe hotel . Thank goodness for Uber eats as there is not much to choose to eat around the hotel.

Very clean room. Quiet too, surprisingly. Easy location, close to everything we needed. Breakfast was great too. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was an amazing spread! Loved being Able to eat outside. The coffee is really great! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. They had the DARKEST black out blinds I have ever seen in my life, and I used to be in sales so I've traveled a lot and this was a huge selling point for my family with two night owls.

We've stayed here 2 years in a row and will be back next year. Nice rooms, great breakfast, good staff.

Stayed here for a week and it was wonderful. The staff was polite, respectful, and helpful. Breakfast was good everyday of the week and the building and room was clean. The full size Dove products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion) in the shower and bathroom was the cherry on top.

The staff were ALL very friendly and helpful!
We had a car on a trailer and the front desk staff made sure we were in a room where we could see the trailer and that they could see it on camera. The whole hotel was very clean! Our room was one of the nicest we have stayed in! Lots of options for breakfast!
And they have milk and cookies every evening- the kids loved this!

The location was very convenient, my kids were very impressed with the rooms and the staff were so friendly. We loved that they had a chocolate chip cookie time where you could come by and grab some cookies as you went up to your room for the evening which was so very nice. The provided breakfast was quality and plenty of options. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We stayed there end of November 2023. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Our room was very clean. We are actually headed back to St Louis today and staying there again!!!

Clean room and fairly quiet AC. Great breakfast layout, and it's not even the weekend.
