Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott St. Louis South

So, I basically live in hotels and travel way too much for work. When I tell you this hotel raises the bar and expectations it truly does. The staff is wonderful friendly helpful housekeeping is great. They keep your room clean and beautiful. Andrew at the front desk always greets you with the warmest smile and welcomes you. To put my stay in perspective, I travel out-of-the-way 30 minutes just to stay here because it feels like a home away from home and traveling. I truly wanted to thank the team for always taking care of my needs and working with me on my reservations.

& I can’t forget to mention the milk & cookies at 8pm. I’m having my cinnamon raisin cookies and milk right now.

Wow, great newer hotel near St Louis. 🤩Nice location near the highway, comfortable beds, complimentary cookies at night, awesome breakfast (bacon, strawberries, and even GF & dairy free options , which we totally appreciate!)- Highly recommend!

Great hotel. Very clean, friendly, professional. We were there for 3 months during a remodel and it was great. Wonderful breakfast.

Had a lovely time. Came down here for a Metallica concert last November. My significant other blew up the lobby bathrooms as we were in a hurry to get on with our trip home, and we had already checked out. #sorrynotsorry

Was in town for work and had great stay, you could tell it was newer property, very modern. It was very clean, had plenty of towels, even though my room was facing the highway it was still pretty quiet. Staff was nice, breakfast was what you’d expect from a Marriott property. Would highly recommend for a work trip or weekend getaway. Looking forward to visiting again.

Great hotel! Went here for a birthday party and was surprised how great it was! Room was very nice. We got a connected room which was perfect for kids. Pool was nice! Perfect temp but the room is just a bit echoed. Love the shower too! Microwave and refrigerator in our room was perfect for drinks and snacks! Shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower was also great. The nightly cookies were great, but get there quick! Got there about 10 min later and there wasn’t a lot left! Overall great hotel and willing to come back!

Went here for a hockey tournament in town. Rooms were clean and staff was wonderful! Wanted to give a shout out to Tia at the front desk who helped us check in early and managed to reserve rooms so our family's rooms were close. Tia went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Really clean and new property. The furniture is modern, and the room designs are really contemporary. I enjoyed my stay much more than I anticipated and got a great night's sleep. Nice gym too!

The room was clean and very modern, especially the bathroom. Nice, big shower with great water pressure. The AC in the room worked great and the bed was very comfy. The staff was welcoming and attentive, especially the wonderful chef that kept the breakfast bar stocked. You could tell that she took pride in her job and genuinely loved helping people start their day right. Great experience!

Excellent. Everything was so new and clean and smelled new and clean! Pool was very small, but we enjoyed it! Milk and cookie hour... such a great idea and we looked forward to it for our nightly bedtime treat! Hot breakfast was nothing fancy, but tasty and convenient! Staff was so so friendly! They made a point to greet you each time you saw any employee throughout the property. Bed was comfy, AC was cold, modern room, great parking, close to everything but far enough away from the city hustle and $$$. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice, new hotel. Very clean and the workers were all kind and helpful. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are large. Nice equipment in the gym. I appreciate having multiple treadmills. Extra bonus being close to a Starbucks.

As a hotel manager, I have pretty high but reasonable expectations when I travel. Without a doubt this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. When I checked in, Monica the front desk Supervisor was very warm and welcoming. She always had an upbeat attitude and a smile on her face. She's definitely a keeper.

The room was very well appointed and clean. The bed was plush but not too plush. Location is a little funny to get to if you are following GPS (it'll take you on the interstate past the hotel) so watch out.

Lastly, I'd like to extend my final gratitude to Tanner the General Manager. From what I observed, You got a great team behind you and keep on making everyone's day. Next time I'm in STL I'll definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. We got upgraded to bigger room on third floor. It had a sitting/ desk area with a TV and a second TV near the bed. The couch was comfortable! The warm cookies and milk at 8pm was a delightful surprise! Also enjoyed the fruit-infused lemon and strawberry water in the lobby.

If we're nearby, we'd stay here again!

Cannot say enough great things about this location. I had landed in St Louis after a week long trip and was exhausted. Not only was the hotel able to get me in early they also upgraded my room as my family was meeting me for a sports tournament we had in the area. After getting checked in and getting some rest my wife called me to let me know that one of our children had gotten sick. This was after the young lady at the front desk had brought additional bedding for the pull out bed. When I came to front desk to checkout (4 hours after checking in 🤣) the front desk attendant (Tanner) could not have been more helpful. Tanner said he would work on getting our points refunded and wished my family well. The team at this location made a difficult situation very easy to work through. Great team at this location!

I’m a lifetime Titanium Marriot member and stay here multiple times for business. I have alway be satisfied. They have a good breakfast, very nice gym and walking distance to a few excellent restaurants. It’s also new with nice showers and TV’s. The staff has alway be helpful and pleasant.

As a weekly road warrior hotel stays can often be grueling and not quite as you expect even with uniformed properties. However, in the 9 years I’ve traveled weekly for work this by far was one of the best experiences. Staff was amazing! All shifts. Helpful, kind, and caring. The property itself is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend if you’re in the St. Louis area make this your home away from home!!

This hotel was very clean and has a lot of amenities. The beds were very comfortable and shower was fantastic. The front desk was very professional and nice!!!
We felt very safe there and will recommend it.

Awesome staff, clean rooms, great breakfast selection, and safes in the suites. We lost keys to the car and they done their best to help us. The only one I had an issue with was the blonde female that got a little mouthy when we asked for a fork during breakfast. She replied to a elderly man when he asked later after us, "that's my next mission, I only have 2 hands." Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
