Best Western St. Louis Inn

I had a great experience here!! The front desk lady her name is Liz she took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was very relaxing and clean. The rooms were also very nice and didn’t feel to crowded with 3 people staying in it. I also feel like the location was in a safe area and very close to St. Louis. So if you think of staying here I think it would be a great idea. Affordable, clean, and great service.

We were delighted with the convenience of this location near the expressway. The hotel was clean and neat and our queen bed room was spacious with a nice desk, adequate lighting at bedside and enough electrical outlets . There was a refrigerator. The bathroom was well- appointed. There was a hot breakfast with eggs, sausages, oatmeal, cold cereals, fresh fruits, juices, and coffee and tea. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We did not use the indoor pool, but it appeared clean and neat. The hotel is located across the street from a Cracker Barrel restaurant.

We are very happy with our room, extremely clean and comfortable. Beds are very nice! Liz at the front desk is a shining star. Very nice and helpful, great personality.

I love staying here I really can’t recommend this place enough. Great location, extrrmely helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms with adequate heating and cooling. Anita and Joe are especially helpful and accommodating.

The staff including front desk & housekeeping are truly so efficient & very friendly!! The rooms & lobby have been updated a year ago!! Very very clean place, highly recommended

Very clean room, great hospitality, high quality bedding which became very important after a 13 hour drive. A perfect place to stop in St.Louis for clean, affordable rooms. Would absolutely stop here again.

Clean room, awesome hot and cold breakfast, comfortable bed with Jacuzzi. Awesome stay overall. Will be back for sure!

Honestly a perfect pit stop for our tiny family of 3. Great staff. Good nearby food. Pool. Comf beds and pillows. Awesome breakfast variety. Will definitely stay here again if I'm coming through.

I stayed there this weekend. Marcia and the guy who worked night shift (I can’t remember his name) were so kind. I was in town (from Georgia) looking to find a place to live in the area. Both of them were so sweet offering advice as my son was throwing the yummy breakfast all over the floor. The room and bed was comfy

Nice little hidden place. Very clean and right of the highway. Free breakfast was good and the indoor pool was great for the kids. I'd say it's definitely the best in the area, alot better than any in jeffco.

The rooms/building were clean, the pool was open, and they served a good breakfast. Most importantly, the staff was friendly, very helpful, & always around if you needed anything. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was great for the value. Breakfast was what you expect for a free hot breakfast; good assortment of hot foods, cold cereal, and drinks plus a nice selection of pastries. The pancake machine and yogurt machine were both down the morning my family stayed but everything else, including the waffle maker was good. The woman working in the breakfast area was kind and attentive.

Check in and check out was pleasant. The staff all seemed interested in helping with anything we needed. The receptionist even opened the pool earlier than the posted time of 9am so my sons could swim before we checked out for the day.

The room was clean and well designed. Air conditioing worked well and there is a large selection of television channels. Shower pressure is strong and the beds were surprisingly comfy.

All around it was a great stay for the value.

Had a mommy and daughters trip this weekend to meramac cave and stayed the night here on our way back and we were very pleased with the service and the room. They had excellent breakfast. Alot of variety of food. My girls had an awesome time in the pool. It was very peaceful and had a great night. The staff were very professional. I will definitely stay here again. It is also very close to downtown st slouis and the veterans cemetery.

OUTSTANDING service!!! The first room we got was huge and beautiful and clean, except it had a smell of old cigarette smoke. We asked for another room and front desk was totally accommodating. The new room was the same cleanliness, but smaller :/ and same odor :\ Maybe more like cigar wrapped sticky icky this time. We went to the Cracker Barrel that’s like 300 ft away and got a nice smelling candle. When we got back we asked the front desk for room spray. After we sprayed the room and lit the candle the rest of the night was great. Room had 2 queens. One was nice and solid, the other rocked like a carnival ride, yee-haw. Pillows were nice and had different softnesses to choose from. Breakfast limited to grab n go, coffee, tea, and juices until restrictions are lifted.

A very nice, pet friendly hotel. Had a king sized bed and the room was massive. Had a sitting area with couch, a desk, and a massive bed with tons of fluffy pillows and bedspread. Offered a pool which was right in front of the service desk. Had really good breakfast options each morning. A yogurt machine was part of it, fresh do-it-yourself waffles with different flavors each day. Was a great experience.

Always a great stay here. Total staff are very friendly and strive to see that you will have a great experience. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is an added bonus (saving money). Cracker Barrel restaurant is right in front of the hotel. Will be staying here at least 3 more times this year.

Front desk lady last night was super friendly and welcoming. Comfy beds and pillows. Very quiet at night. Has a nice single serve coffee pot, microwave and fridge in the room. Very comfortable if you've been on the road and need to rest your back. They are also pet-friendly Definitely reccomend.

Had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and seemed recently remodeled. The hotel was quiet and safe and pet fee was reasonable. I’m surprised by all the negative reviews.

This was the best hotel experience. jacuzzi in the bedroom was amazing!!!
