Quality Inn & Suites Arnold - St Louis

The check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and quiet. My dog was accepted and they have pet rooms, which can be hard to find sometimes. Very happy with my stay.

This property is an excellent affordable option if you are looking for a clean, safe and comfortable hotel on a budget. I was skeptical due to some of the reviews but I am glad I chose this hotel. The property is in a safe area near several restaurants, fast food options, retail and grocery stores. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodated my requests. The room exceeded my expectations, the A/C worked very well and everything was very clean in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Fast friendly service. While location is near the highway and accessible , local police are not so friendly and seem to be an abundance of them. Kind of scary actually.

From reading reviews I was a little on the fence but being on a budget I took the chance. I'm glad I did. You can tell they are making upgrades. The room was clean and very pleasant to stay in. The staff is super friendly and being a female traveling alone I felt very safe staying here. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in town. Not to mention there is a nice variety of food options close by. They have free breakfast which was tasty and had a good variety of options.

Inexpensive for what is provided. Be advised, pet friendly means you need to be sure your room is not a room pets may have been in if allergies are your thing.

Quality Inn on W. Outer Rd in Arnold, Missouri must have an amazing, intelligent, wise, honest, compassionate manager! Why do I say that? Here's the answer in 3 words: Tina and Dawn.
I met Tina late in the evening, upon walking to the front desk inside of Quality Inn to check in. There were errors on my end, plus other concerns, yet Tina saved the day!!!!
I met Dawn the next morning of my stay. She's a strong person, very professional, and so empathetic. She saved me on the 3rd day. Boy, oh boy!
You all are living miracles working in strangers lives. Just know that I appreciate you.You heard me. You cared.. You helped.. I will never forget you two.

Very friendly staff! Stayed here for five weeks mon-fri for training and the staff was amazing. The breakfast is great, try the waffles! The pool is a lot of fun too! Our family enjoyed the stay very much!

I highly recommend the king room with hot tub.
A very friendly front desk lady, even said my name. They do have a pool and hot food.

Close by to food and shopping....

I will return here again. Only 15 minutes from JB.

Recently on a trip to New Mexico and back, and this was the nicest room by comparison. We made ample use of the pool (small but warm) and the in-room fridge and microwave, which are often left out in other hotels. They offer lemon-infused water in the lobby and evening carnival popcorn. Free breakfast was ample with nice space for everyone. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful, chatting and offering to be of even more help! We stayed three nights, and we definitely enjoyed and highly recommend.

Stayed here for three nights while I was on job training. The service was great, front desk workers are very friendly. Tina was wonderful and so was the gentleman whom I can't remember his name. My room was well maintained and breakfast was delicious; simple, but delicious (waffles, cereal, fruit, toast, muffins, eggs, biscuits, coffee, juice). Beds are super comfortable and I got the best sleep in a while. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable...unbelievable! Didn't want to get out of bed. lol The room was clean and the breakfast was the best I have seen in a hotel as this. Would get a reservation there for sure and recommend to anyone. Thanks for the awesome stay and I'll be back again when i come to see family close by. Thank you for the awesome stay! P.S. the air works great as well.

Staff and room was nice. My wife and I have stayed a few times here. This last time we were in 323. Room was was strange. Refrigerator door would keep opening up on it's on. Cold then hot matter what the AC was set on. Then in the middle of the night I had to pee. The draw by the TV came open at me. Crazy but I stay here again if we need to just not in room 323.

Had a great 2 night stay! The room was nice, the beds were comfy, and we were the only ones in the pool area, so that was an added bonus. All of the staff were nice, but Tina on the evening shift was amazing! She took such great care of us and really took our stay to a whole other level. We will definitely be back because of her. Thank you Tina, and thank you to all of the Quality Inn staff!!

This hotel is amazing. The manager is so helpful and friendly and genuinely cares about her guests. Her staff is all very friendly and I've always been greeted with a smile. Breakfast is awesome. The pool is the cleanest I've see anywhere lately. Rooms are Clean. I've been here a month and I only have good things to say about these people.

This place is amazing the staff are incredible. We went to six flags and did not get to hotel till 11pm the staff were ready for us and were very competent. The hotel itself has been renovated the pool is so clean and the walking deck around it is clean. The room was very nice and well maintained. The breakfast in the morning was great as well with such a variety of hot and cold food for the whole family we have been here twice and will always stay at this hotel when we go to six flags st Louis.

I'm very satisfied with this motel and the room was nice. Not new . Not perfect. Very nice. It has some minor cracking and peeling of paint but everything used needs something.

The price was more than fair. I would stay here again !

The pool was warm (almost too warm!), the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and there was a good selection, the WiFi worked fine. Good selection of food in the area. The blankets were a little thin, but that isn't enough to knock a star off from our stellar visit. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed again and this time the blankets were super cozy and the pool was a little cooler (but still very comfortable). We'll be back for sure! The price is great for what you get at this hotel.

The hotel was right off the hwy, super easy to find. We arrive late and they were still super friendly and accommodating. It was my first time staying in a room with a jacuzzi and that was LOVELY! And they allowed us to postpone our checkout last minute and sleep in. Would definitely recommend/go back even on a lil staycation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The a/c worked really well and kept us cool, since we're not used to Missouri heat. Breakfast was a bit fast-food quality but there was plenty of it along with coffee and juice. Also, the beds were AMAZING, easily comparative to a 4-Star hotel. What really stood out was the service though, especially the young man in the picture below. I wish I'd caught his name, and I took a picture of him because he looked so much like my son, I needed a photo! Management already knows this young man is a shining star, and I hope corporate hears about him as well.

Stayed at this great hotel on May 16th and 17th of this year. At the time, there was some minor renovation being done inside, but it was not an issue for guests. My third floor non smoking room was large, updated, very comfortable and clean. The one problem I encountered was that the tub filled up with water rather quickly during a shower and wouldn’t drain. I was given another room. Only issue with that was the A/C fan wouldn’t run constantly like in the first room, as I prefer. It kept turning off. It was harder to sleep that second night. Other than these minor problems, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The rates were as expected. Great breakfast and location too.
