Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Arnold

Very clean and quiet extremely friendly service. The kitchen staff working did a great job and under alot of pressure last night because the place was very busy but they made time to help everyone and also kept all the buffet stocked great job. Best Drury inn I have ever stayed at

We've never stayed at a Drury before as I thought they looked dated on the outside!
This one had many 10 🌟 reviews so we decided to try it!
Oh how amazing from Hannah who welcomed us to Connie who said come again, everyone was polite, friendly and helpful!
The hotel and rooms were immaculate!
The free dinner and drinks were a surprise and greatly appreciated after a long day of travel!
The breakfast was above the average hotel breakfast.
The pool/ hot tub are clean and inviting!

I've stayed at this particular location many times and it is my preferred hotel for the St. Louis area. It is extremely well-managed. Rooms and common areas are always sparkling clean, beds are very comfortable, and all team members are kind, patient, and courteous. Even the complimentary dinner and breakfast are good! My requests for additional needs - towels, soft blanket, etc. - are always met. They even read the notes on reservations and put your requests in your room ahead of time! This is how it's done, highly recommend!!

This is our 2nd time of staying at this Drury Inn location. It is newly remodeled and clean. The staff were very friendly. They offer a great breakfast and dinner. They give a drink card to use at the bar during the dinner hours. They even have a coke dispenser and popcorn machine in the lobby.
I only disapprove of the shower head not being movable, but I can overlook that with all the other great amenities. We enjoyed our stay there.

The general manager Tim runs it really tight ship and it shows. Besides the rooms and the pool and the friendly staff the kick back breakfast in dinner literally save the day every time.
Make sure those kids eat breakfast and dinner there.
You'll save you tons of money on your trip. And mom and dad don't forget about the three free drinks as well with dinner.

10+ for cleanliness! The rooms, the lobby, the pool area!

It is hard to beat Drury. The happy hour is nice when I can get there early enough for it. After a whole day of driving, it's the whirlpool bathtub suite I'm looking forward to most.

We stayed at the Drury Inn (Arnold, Missouri) this past week for a business stay and my wife accompanied me. This hotel was more like a 12 star place. It was clean and quiet. The employees were so nice and personable, we felt so comfortable. Hannah at front desk checked us in and was so sweet and had everything ready to go (great smile). She would even come up to us and asked if everything was good with our stay and wanted to make sure if we needed anything. Peter was another employee who always had a smile and wanted to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy with their stay. We were amazed to find that this hotel offered "Kickback" which is a free dinner each night we stayed. The food was delicious! The breakfast buffet had alot to chose from an was wonderful. All the employees were so nice. This hotel offers a laid back, relaxing atmosphere. This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Definitely would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Very nice hotel for the price! Love the free breakfast, dinner & drinks! The room was nice & the shower was amazing! Didn't use the pool, although I originally wanted too but it was just tiny! The only downside to the stay was one elevator wasn't working & the ice machine on my floor wasn't working either. The hotel location is really good, only a max 25 minute drive to everywhere we were looking to go, including downtown. Nice restaurant next door. Will stay here again.

Drury is generally not my first choice, but every time I stay at one, I wonder why.
Great hotel. Super comfy room. Outstanding service. Better than average breakfast.
I almost gave 4 stars because one of the elevators was down and the other one was slow, but I'm sure that is something they will have repaired soon.
Appreciate the happy hour and dinner in the lobby, but at this location, there are two or three good restaurants within easy walking distance.
Will stay here next time I am in the area for business.

Five star staff. The nicest staff and they take pride in this motel. They keep it clean. They treat people well. A1 class manners. I travel a lot with my husband and he's a Hilton Honors guy. I must say that the Drury was much nicer than any of those I've been in of late and about the nicest Motel I've been in in a VERY long time. The rooms are a little smaller maybe than what I'm accustomed to. The location is so- so, but it does seem safe in Arnold and once again, the staff is up and above! We had our little dog. with us and everybody treated him SO well! Thank you and God bless all the staff there. Thank you for being attentive and for the wonderful time we had!

My in laws stayed and they had breakfast, dinner and a few free adult drinks per adult included in their stay which is cool and saves money if your bringing kids or grandkids in their case. They have an inside and outside pool which is connected and separated by a glass wall and is pretty cool.. its right off the interstate so it's really easy to get to. Very clean, staff was really nice and my inlaws have stayed a few times and that's where they prefer to stay!! They are hard people to please so good job guys!!

My favorite Drury so far, but that may be because was upgraded to a king suite. Who said being early doesn't come with perks! Always a reliable stop when on the road.

First time staying in this hotel, and for my surprise. It is a great place for business or family vacations.
The service is amazing here. Everybody treats you with respect. And I was making sure That if you need anything there to assist you. Peter one of the Managers I was makes you feel welcome and home away from home! Love the service and the professionalism of every employee here!

We are now card carrying members. Beds were comfortable along with nice pillows, which is important for us. We did have a fire alarm prank at 1 am. However, the staff were right on it and were very accommodating to all with manager on premise the next day. Great experience!!

Always love staying at Drury Inn & suites. First time staying at this location. Great service at the front desk. The food was great and the room service was on par. Swimming pool and hot tub are a very nice add, it makes your stay more enjoyable. Has a gym so that you're able to get that moving workout inn. The room is very spacious, I highly recommend the king bed if you are able. It was very comfortable. They sell beer and snack at the front desk as well.

Great stop out of the bustle of the city. Very happy with our two separate stays coming and going through St Louis on a road trip. Very clean hotel. Room was stylish and very clean. Beds are comfortable. Lots of outlets to charge technology. Ample towels and paper products. Body wash shampoo and conditioner dispenser in shower was a quality product. Added bonus was the included dinner buffet served from 5:30-7:00 pm. Menu was filled with choices. Pulled pork sandwiches, steamed vegetables baked potatoes, salad, chicken noodle soup nachos with toppings, baked beans and hot dogs. Unlimited fountain drinks coffee and tea. Food was much better then expected Breakfast was usual choices and as expected for hotel breakfasts. Parking fills up at night. Does have a pool but was closed due to the weather. Highly recommend Drury Inn chain. This location was top notch.
