I'm writing a review for a water heater replacement the day before Thanksgiving - that alone should get your attention. After we decided our 14 year old broken unit would be worth replacing vs. repairing, Joe came out the night before and went over several replacement options. Rylan and Kenny showed up during the scheduled window. They protected their work area, removed the old equipment, installed the new equipment, answered my questions, and tested for leaks before heading out. This is the second time I've used Pruitt and I am happy with their professionalism and service. The text-based appointment and arrival notifications is also pretty handy.

Huge thank you to Aaron and Mason for cleaning out our air ducts! They were very educated on things and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with the service they provided. I will highly recommend Pruitt Mechanical to anyone who needs work done.

I definitely recommend Pruitt Mechanical Services. Joe came to the house, same day within a couple of hours of me calling, and fixed the problem with the furnace … even had the right type of switch with him! He was nice, knowledgeable, and all around seemed like a stand up person. Hopefully I will not have any issues that need his company in the near future but if I do I would not hesitate to call them to handle the need… Thanks again Joe!

Each one of them were respectful, hard working, and accommodating to our needs. Steve was the one who cleaned the ducts, was very courteous friendly and answered any and all questions we had during the process.I 100% recommend this company and this team to anyone that needs anything done in their house that they take care of and this is our #1 go to for life. Waited a few months to give a review but nothing but good things to say. We moved to the area with no knowledge of who to use and had several companies come and give us quotes. Our home was still on the old original furnace from the 60s and we wanted to replace before winter rolled in. Pruitt was straightforward, didn’t give us any “sales” pitches and we were able to do financing easily through the provided links. Not to mention they were able to get us in 3 weeks from the quote. The prices were pretty good in comparison to competition, especially with the bonus duct cleaning included in the price. A coworker recommended them as well so the choice was simple. The techs that came and installed were nice, cleaned up when they were done and we have had no issues since. The owner actually came by personally during the install to see if we had any questions and to reach out with any issues. 10/10 would recommend.

I called Pruitt and they were out within 2 hrs of me calling. Rhys came out and was very knowledgeable about the system and kept me informed in what he was doing. The owner then showed up and explained alot of things to me about the system I have. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

The main water line to my house had a major leak in August 2023. Terry came out right away for an estimate and his crew was able to replace the line the next day. They worked from morning until mid-afternoon, and the crew had another job yet to do later that day. Everyone was very personable and professional. The prompt response was greatly appreciated. This was my first time using Pruitt Mechanical and I would highly recommend them!

Professional service, polite servicemen and a very good job performed cleaning my dryer vents and installing a new ceiling exaust fan and light. Would highly recommend. They even took photos of their work and showed my husband and I what they found and how it was completed. Will use them again! Thanks.

After winter winter wintered, and my initial call of stopping the jack hammering through my pipes, Joe and his team came through and replaced my hvac system and water heater as well as placed air chambers on my pipes to stop the hammering. From the start everyone was nice and knowledgeable. Was able to have all questions answered, choose the best systems for my home, and the team spent all day but got it all done. I was reassured constantly which for me was comforting. Everyone was respectful of my home and cleaned up after. I followed my gut and a Facebook ad, and working with other companies in the past, there is no comparison. Glad I chose Pruitt. I will choose them again. Will recommend. Thank you all!

Pruitt Mechanical Services recently replaced the electrical breaker box at our home. Due to an email issue, the inspection could not be made for Ameren to reconnect the service the day work was done. We were only their second customer in 20 years for no return of power the same day. Joe’s crew let us know as soon as they became aware of the problem and because of the cold weather and lack of heat due to no electrical service, offered to put us up for the night in the hotel of our choice. The inspection was completed first thing the next morning. Joe and his crew were prompt, kept us apprised as the work progressed, and were customer focused. The job was done well and they were very responsive to our questions. We would trust Pruitt Mechanical Services for future work as needed.

Made my real estate sale go thru by doing the electrical and plumbing and HVAC work prior to close. Most convenient since I did not have to contact 3 different contractors to coordinate work etc. And then they agreed to be paid out at closing. Never could have gotten the deal done without Pruitt's help. Will definitely call again on the next deal I need work done on. Thanks guys!!

We were looking to move and replace an electrical panel. I called and Joe came out the next day. He thoroughly discussed options and came up with the best option for the lowest cost. He is very knowledgeable and thinks outside the box for the best solutions. He had an estimate to us the same day.

Highly recommend this business he worked really hard to get me on the schedule and a timely fashion and to get my job completed start to finish it was super easy and I had plumbing electrical and HVAC services all completed within 2 days basically he redid a whole tiny house

The team that came out did a great job getting my frozen pipes unthawed, they were in and out in a little over an hour. I can't thank them enough for coming out same day and getting this fixed for me. I'll be a calling them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

I just wanted to jump on here to let you know we are displeased with the humidifier you put on our new furnace. It just doesn't work. My husband went to the basement and brought up our portable small humidifiers, as the air was extremely dry. So now he is back to carrying them to the faucet to fill them every day. I don't know why the one on our furnace isn't working? Perhaps you could check it?

Bent my weather head and had no electricity. They were also kind enough to let me use one of their generator till I got electricity.
