The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis

Spent four nights at the Ritz for a work meeting. The rooms are very spacious! Elevator service was a little slow and there was some construction going on but they did a great job of minimizing the impact. Breakfast and lunch provided very good food and lots of options!

We love this place. Top notch service, room comfort, etc. We got upgraded to the executive suite with separate bedroom, two balconies, two bathrooms, very large. And we love the Cigar Lounge. Not to mention the beautiful scenery.

I have experienced this hotel several times and it's always been a great experience but this time something was different. It was as if they decided to get even better. The amenities in the room were so thoughtful, the service was over the top incredible, and the way I was treated was a wow experience. Thank you Ritz Carlton for caring about the details. It matters and it shows that you truly care.

We recently photographed a wedding at the Ritz Carlton Saint Louis, and it was a photographer's dream come true!
The staff are absolute rockstars. They were on top of everything, making our job so much easier and keeping the whole day running smoothly.
Every room was like stepping into a bridal magazine. From the getting-ready rooms to the reception area, it was all stunning.
Location-wise, it's perfect. Right in the heart of Saint Louis, it's easy to get to but feels like you're in your own luxurious bubble.

If you're looking for a venue that'll make your wedding feel like a red carpet event, the Ritz Carlton Saint Louis is it. It made our job as photographers a breeze, and we can only imagine how special it made our sweet couple feel.

Father's Day brunch with my son and grandson. A delight full experience whiling away catching up on the who, what, and whatever the families been up to. A great place to do just that. Food was great, service was excellent. Well worth the price.

Amazing stay, amazing staff and unbelievable service! Stayed two nights starting on a Monday, and got an upgrade to a beautiful suite. The staff is so compassionate and kind. The service levels surpassed expectations and the food is also incredible!

We had an executive suite and it was half the size of our home. The bathroom was bigger than most hotel rooms!

Everything was well-appointed, immaculate and glamorous!

We ordered room service after a long day of travel and the staff was incredibly friendly.

The Ritz-Carlton is a bit pricey, but it is worth it if you can stay here! We got the room free with Marriott points. If we can stay here again, we will!

As a wedding photographer, I always want to leave positive reviews for the venues that go above and beyond for my clients AND are stunning for wedding photos. The Ritz-Carlton definitely meets that criteria. The staff was professional and kept the day running. Everywhere you turn is a gorgeous backdrop for photos, and the rooms were excellent for getting ready photos as well. I definitely recommend for weddings!

If you want to host an event, go to lovely high end dinner, spend a couple hours at the bar, or have a nice luxuries hotel stay, this is the perfect place.

Our international wedding was a huge success thanks to The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis. Our U.K. guests thoroughly enjoyed the event, accommodations, and most notably the outstanding, customer-centric staff. We felt like VIPs during our stay and our daughter's wedding reception. The main restaurant at the Ritz Carlton is so beautiful. I traveled extensively in my career. I’ve been to every state of Alaska and I believe the main restaurant at the Ritz Carlton St. Louis is one of the top three prettiest restaurants I’ve ever seen. Yes, the food is spectacular of course But I’ve now had over 30 meals at this restaurant and it’s outstanding. Go there on business and enjoy the lobby bar as well. They have a gentleman making fresh sushi in the evenings. Excellent. But what would you expect from Ritz Carlton

A must to stay at if you go to St. Louis.
Downtown is run down and not safe.
They were amazing and the best part of our trip.

We had a group of 7 here for breakfast buffet. The dining area is clean and attractive and the staff is top notch. A full assortment of breakfast items and desserts appeal to most tastes with plenty of coffee and breakfast beverages. Dress casual but sharp (it is the Ritz after all) and enjoy a great morning meal in a nice atmosphere.

The night manager, Josh, was a fantastic host. Forsooth, he made sure that all of my needs were taken care of. You could not ask for someone more warm and open.

I attended a seminar here where we all went to a private meeting room. Although I did not enter any of the hotel rooms, the place was very clean and you could obviously tell that it was an upscale establishment by the fine decor and interior design.

Clean rooms, great shower, cool view over Clayton, and in a safe part of the city. Rode scooters to go see the local area.

Four nights at this fancy hotel that was chosen by my company's travel portal. No complaints, this is super nice and I was upgraded to a city view room on the 17th floor thanks to my Titanium status with Marriott.

Large room, very comfortable and very clean. I had chosen two queen beds and opted not to have the "do not disturb" on the door which meant that not only did housekeeping have the opportunity to reset the room but the evening turndown service stopped by as well. They did a great job resetting and tidying.

Great shower with lots of hot water. Comfortable desk and chair for when I wanted to sit for a bit. Nespresso machine made my morning espresso. Other than the parking deck (they either forgot to charge me or comped it), I did not use any of the other services of the hotel.

It was a great stay and I will likely be back at this hotel the next time I'm in Saint Louis.
