Premier Auto Leasing is the BEST car dealer in town!! I have had my car for a while and I will say it has done me no wrong. I even named the car as soon as I got it. Maurice was considerate and professiional. He's on the move and gets things done. He was helpful without being hovering or pushy. Answered any questions and went out of his way to make the whole experience fun. He has my repeat business.

I bought two cars from the lot. The first car was a very very good car but the salesman was a little too flirtatious and I wasn’t interested. The second vehicle I tried to purchase really made me wish I never went back there. I put a down payment down on a vehicle to be held and when I came back with rest of the money to purchase the car they would not sell the car to me stating it wasn’t worth buying and trying put in a car I did not want, when I asked for a refund Maurice didn’t want to refund me my money and basically putting me in a car I didn’t originally wanted with higher fee. He still was pushing up on me as well like before and I was just upset all around. I’ve been having prob with the car since I got it don’t get me wrong good car but needed a lot of work and body work and wasn’t the original car I was trying to purchase and felt like I was forced because of my circumstances. If you go here make sure you take a male with you so you won’t get taken advantage of.

I bought a car from maurice he dont seem to know that much about care I previously made a rating but that was the first day i bought the car under damon newell …. He told me would go on youtube to see how to fix and issue red flag there … & he never tried to see that was wrong with my car he said my power steering was the problem but it was really the alternator Going out after 3-4 weeks of having it … and he told me my title was clean but i had to pay $900 for insurbecause the car was salvaged .

Maurice doesn't seem to have set business hours that he is in. As awesome as supporting black owned business is, he fits the stereotype of alot of poorly ran black businesses. The number on the building is a hit or miss. The cars he has up front were not ready for sale. I was told the car I was interested in would be ready by Monday... He couldn't even find a mechanic to fix the issues needed to ensure me and my son are safe driving off the lot. Although he was willing to work with me on the amount of my down payment, it seems he kept finding excuses and obstacles to keep me from getting a car. He is extremely unprofessional. I've reported to the BBB.

Very unprofessional and selling salvage cars without having them diagnosed by a professional mechanic. Will change the price to get more money when your ready to buy, will make payment plan but make sure they give you a date in writing. Sold me junk then stated would trade me out but backed out with no explanation. Totally took advantage of me and I live near by which they say they take good care of their neighbors, that was a lie. Very bad interaction my very first time buying from a black owned lot. Also SK Motors is registered with a business address on Lindbergh not Chambers, Premier Auto Leasing not a current registered business at this location or with the state of Missouri.

Very bad customer service, every time we came to talk about purchasing a vehicle, the man claimed he was busy(all he was doing was wiping down a car). We came back 3 days in a row to get assistance but we never did. Claim they don’t do car notes but they have done it before. Just all around bad service and was very nonchalant when it came to helping us.

Very poor customer service...they don’t take car notes the salesman will give you the run around I came to the lot 5 time and instead of helping me he said for me to come back the next day...and the next day he was still wiping the same car down... I honestly think it’s because I’m a young black man with tattoos . He said “people haven’t been paying their notes” I guess I fit that description. I’m a whole truck driver 🤷🏾‍♂
