Lovett Coffeehouse & Eatery

I can't believe I haven't written a review for this place yet! My sister and I love going here. It's a wee bit of a drive, but worth it for the relaxing vibes and the delicious food. Everything I've eaten has been amazing (favorites are the Chicken Salad and their Southwest Chicken), and their smoothies are super yummy. The desserts are tasty as well - so maybe take one home with you if you can't fit it in after lunch! All the employees there are bright and super helpful, and if you need a few cute locally made goodies, you can find them there as well. My only gripe? They're not located right next door to my house! ;D

This place is so beautiful. Their coffee is excellent! I recommend this place 1000%. This would be a beautiful place to have a baby shower as well. They also sell handmade merchandise. If your passing through lone Jack you have to stop here! You are definitely missing out on something great if you don't. They have a little play station for kids.

This place was so cute!! Felt like I was walking into someone's home. Scones were delicious and my cappuccino was great. Great stop going to or from Lee's Summit. They even have some outdoor seating! Highly recommend for a light breakfast or lunch. Great place to sit and catch up with friends.

Delightful location just off the highway - beautiful old farm house -;repurposed very well into top shelf coffee shop - local flavor gift shop and very good cafe style menu for breakfast - servers we're patient - efficient and kind - sat outside and had a wonderful breakfast with friends and family - group of ten

Had a really great experience in the shop. The food was amazing, the staff, especially Brittany were super kind and really helpful and I’m definitely looking forward to returning in the near future, you all rock!

Got the flight of coffee. All flavors were really good. Biscuits and Gravy were awesome. Nice little place.

Great little place we just happened to see driving thru the area. I had a hot croissant with ham & cheese - he had a chicken salad croissant both were fantastic and made with quality ingredients.
My cafe mocha on ice was 5/5 as well!
Love the old house repurposed, leaded glass window with it's original blown in glass - wood floors and door hardware still in use on the doors (strange detail, I know - but I do antiques for a living so 🤷‍♀)

This is a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere with decent food and a creative menu. The girls running the place while we were there were very friendly and shared some interesting information about the history of the place. This is the kind of place I love to see thrive in a small town, and definitely worth a stop.

Visiting from Arizona and I wish my town had a place like this! We have been almost daily for the 3 weeks we are In Town and have tried almost everything on the menu. Favorites are the breakfast burrito with special sauce, pretzel, Nani flatbread, all flavors of lemonade and salted Carmel latte. We also have had great experiences with every staff member and especially Skyler. Love the Lovett !

I have been here multiple times after visiting Powell Gardens and I love it. Beautiful place, very friendly people and the food and drinks are wonderful.

Friendly staff who patiently answered all my questions. Great place to go for good food and a spot to work from the office. I look forward to coming back on the weekend.

Charming place. I asked if the history of the house was known and the young woman abliged us with what she knew. dining chairs, very uncomfortable. My husband and I both had a dinner salad and we both enjoyed it. I was told by the young woman the ranch is made there, it was fantastic. We talked about what we'll try the next time we're in. We just moved to Lone Jack, I know we're going to be regulars.

Cute and fun local coffeehouse that supports other local companies. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Food or Drink!

BBQ chicken panini and sugar cookies.
Very good. Just a light lunch though. I will be trying the pizza, next time!

Delicious iced latte, cute looking shop. It's too bad we had to get right back on the road, they had a lovely porch to sit on too.
