Great experience. They were very honest about the vehicles that I was looking at. I purchased a used vehicle and they went above and beyond with repairs before I purchased it and even had me come back after a week to install a part that they had ordered previously for the vehicle. Extremely easy and they worked around my schedule to make everything work. Would buy another car from them again.

This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jeff at Midwest Autoplex is so nice and easy to work with. It literally took no time at all to get everything done. The finance company that he placed me with were also very pleasant and helpful. I love my new *baby*! I've never had a V6 Engine or dual exhaust and let me tell you; I'm enjoying it to the fullest already!!! Oh and I forgot to mention the gift with purchase is homemade wine! My son and I bought a very nicely priced 2016 Grand Caravan from Jeff. The process was quick and simple, no pressure. I had some struggles with financing initially. Jeff doesn't use predatory lenders, so any financing he arranges is legit, with a reasonable rate. I've had my credit struggles in the past, but am improving. Jeff worked with the bank and we got approved for a very good rate (much better than i was expecting). The car is great and we are saving a ton of money. I will definitely get my next car from Midwest.
