I had fantastic customer service! The wait was well worth it. Z the receptionist is an absolute sweet heart and very professional. Dr. Anne did an amazing job on my annual cleaning and was very friendly. Her two dental hygienist were great. I was looking for a professional black owned dentist and I found it. I definitely will be back!

I've been going to Dr. Anne for years. She has cleaned my teeth, done fillings and even fixed work my orthodontist screwed up (cosmetic work). She also saves you money when she can. Dr. Anne is very trustworthy. Fun Fact: Dr. Anne was the first African American Dentist in Kansas City.

I have been a patient of Dr. Johnson for over 20yrs! She is very tedious, careful and accurate in her routine cleanings and detecting and treating most dental issues. Very polite staff and CLEAN environment.

Just made my first appointment with Dr. Johnson, my sister is a patient of hers. The young lady I spoke with was very nice and she made laugh. I know I will like her and staff already.

My husband and I scheduled cleanings and check up with this office. Very easy process. Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable! Dr. Johnson was very personable and professional.

This is a dentist that doesn’t rush you out but takes time to explain all the details/ expectations and oversees all aspects of care.

I really hate to give this review but man im just disappointed. I came to this dr the time before last and was not happy with the work the assistant or hygienist did on my teeth. They were supposed to have been cleaned. I went somewhere else the last time and it was much better like no comparison.

This last time i went to her again because she was able to schedule me at last minutes notice. Again i got the same trash job from the assistant. Shes nice but she might need to retire from the position with the work that she does. I am very disappointed. The doctor needs to hire some fresh new hands and eyes. Either that or upgrade your equipment idk. Im never going back.

I really wanted to like her as a dentist on principle, but she does horrible, sloppy, dental work. She did a terrible job on my mother's teeth. She cheats people out of money. She was rude. Her office is dirty. Her equipment is dirty. I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to this woman's office. Absolutely avoid going to here office. I will NEVER go back. She is not trustworthy. She also lied and said I needed work that I didn't need. I'm so thankful that I got a second opinion from another dentist before I listened to her.

Horrible customer service! I have been trying to get an appointment since 2019 with this dentist. I can't get past an incompetent receptionist!
